Spacious N. Sunriver home w/ hot tub, A/C, bikes

Second time staying in this house this year and it’s really comfortable and clean. Will be back again when in the area. The hot tub was very clean. Beds were all very comfortable!!

Rokka’s Retreat was perfect for our Ladies Weekend from the minute we walked through the door! Access was so easy, and the house was guest ready when we arrived. The layout of the house provided space for us to cook, share meals, catch up, play games, and relax without feeling that we were stepping on each other’s toes. The kitchen was well stocked and large enough for many hands to participate in meal preparations. The sleeping arrangements in the house were amazing and allowed us to have our own space. We were there to reconnect with each other, and the location couldn’t have been better. We had quick access to walk to Benham Falls and took long beautiful bikes rides along the paved walking/biking paths. Sunriver is an amazing destination, and Rokka's Retreat created a turnkey weekend of wonderful memories!

It was a great house with a well stocked kitchen, a nice hot tub and very comfortable space for a diverse group. We highly recommend. Location was in quieter part of Sunriver which we really enjoyed.

Thank you for helping facilitate a wonderful family vacation. The location was wonderful just far enough away from the craziness of the village. We took advantage of the bikes and spent a lot of time on the deck. A helpful recommendation for future vacationers would be to bring a propane mosquito repellent for the deck during the high mosquito times of year. This has nothing to do with the property just the area. Not being able to take advantage of the amazing deck would be a bummer if the mosquitoes were too bad. There was plenty of space for all of our family. The kitchen was easy to use to prepare meals for 8 to 9 people. Overall, everything was wonderful and I do not have a single criticism. Thank you!!

Really enjoyed our time in this house. Quiet and peaceful location to spend July 4th. Great setup for our group of 6 adults and 2 small dogs with lots of room and fantastic wrap around porch. Hot tub, bikes and ping pong/foosball table were all in good working order and enjoyed by members of our party. Owner was very responsive and even allowed us to check in early.

Excellent property! Very pleased with this house. Loved the location on the quiet north end of Sunriver. Well appointed and super comfortable. Owner communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

We celebrated a birthday and part of spring break here. The house is fantastic. Bikes, ping pong, foos ball and hot tub were all used and enjoyed. Good separation of space allowing for privacy when needed. Well stocked kitchen. Everything we needed. Comfortable beds! Would have liked to stay longer we were so comfortable.

This house is laid out well for sharing time with family. Super clean and comfortable. We'll be back for sure!

My family and I absolutely loved our quick getaway for Thanksgiving weekend. The house is located in a wonderful quiet part of Sun River. The home is very spacious and is wonderfully set up for your needs of any kind. The only downfall we had is we love fires and the owner doesn’t really want you having a fire. But my family I will definitely be saving the info for this home and going back again.

We love the north side of Sunriver. Easy access to bike trails. Great house - loved the wrap around deck and quiet neighborhood.
