Spacious Mountain View 4 -bedroom home with Pool/Hot Tub. Pet Friendly!

We enjoyed our stay at this home. It had everything we needed for our family of 10. The pool and the hot tub were a nice addition, concerns we had were addressed promptly and I would recommend this home to others.

We booked this home from January 2025 through March. We were surprised that the total payment was required up front instead of other homes where it is charged in thirds. We liked the photos that were shown but bedrooms and bathrooms photos were missing. When we inquired, Brent sent them to us. There wasn't a hot tub photo and we were informed that a new tub was going to be delivered and ready in November. We had other questions and concerns and Brent was forthcoming at answering them all. After our arrival we checked out the house and noticed the home was clean (carpets looked like they were steamed) and we were greeted with a welcome letter, a bottle of wine and all different kinds of goodies from Trader Joe's. But there were a few hiccups. Unfortunately, the hot tub had not been installed. Also there was no water or ice in the refrigerator door because the reverse osmosis system was not working. The TV in the master bedroom wasn't connected to a signal. I connected it and it worked fine. Also, a separate study room with a sleeper-sofa couch probably shouldn't be considered a 4th bedroom. Future renters should be aware. Brent did get a brand new hot tub installed (it was wonderful) and the water system replaced (plenty of ice and water now!) We were compensated for the days the hot tub was missing. The home is located in a nice safe area and close to a lot of stores and restaurants. All in all we enjoyed out stay here and we thank Brent and Christie for their hospitality!

Lovely house in a lovely location. Very spacious house with a great backyard. Owner very responsive. Highly recommend.
