This is a gorgeous property . Very close to the ski slopes with incredible views . The place has enough rooms to sleep more than 12-13 people . Came here with my friends for a ski trip : The hosts were very kind and took care of even small minor issues immediately in the house . Would 100% recommend to stay here if you come to Alaska for skiing .

This is the most beautiful property you could imagine—stunning views, cozy rooms. Every little detail was accounted for—our host even left slippers and robes out for us. Absolutely worth it! Count yourself lucky if you get to book this incredible place!

This is a great house. We had 10 guys and there was plenty of space in the main living room for all of us to congregate at one time. The hosts have extra amenities that you will not normally find in a rental house. They took care of any concerns that we had. I rent vacation homes on a regular basis and this was by far the best house I have rented.

Terry & Karen were very welcoming! The house had basic cooking and laundry supplies so only needed to buy food. It was in a great location with an awesome Mountain View and they even notified us when the northern lights were out! The kids loved it!

This place was perfect. The shining spot of my vacation. They made it easy to check in and check out. The hottub directions where easy so we used it often. The shower and tub in the master bath better then some spas I have been too. Communication was constant but not over bearing. Everything was easy to find. Beautiful views.

We loved our stay. Beautiful home with amazing view. We had a total of 3 couples and were so comfortable with all the space. Karen and Terry were wonderful hosts and communication could not have been easier. Thanks again and we hope to return!

This was a beautiful house. Our group was very comfortable with our stay and remarked several times how well stocked the house was on our arrival. The communication was also top notch-I’ve not stayed at another property where the host reached out the day of the stay to set up a text line to be in constant communication. Great experience!

Our family group of 12 had a wonderful stay. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and spread out. The hot tub was also very nice after a day out hiking and exploring. The view of the mountains and secluded area were great. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Want a wonderful home and a great location! We love to travel and stay at vacation rentals often. Through experience, I have discovered that the quality of the vacation rental can affect your vacation enjoyment. After reading other reviews I expected this rental to be a good one, however I was still surprised. This home far exceeded my expectations. Karen must travel a lot herself as she has added so many personal touches anticipating your needs. The kitchen has every appliance you could possible need. We used to slow cooker to prepare a roast to enjoy after a long day bear watching and used to outdoor grill to cook our fish. The beds were all comfortable and the bathrooms well appointed. Forgot your tooth brush-no problem- Karen provided extras. Need slippers for cool mornings-Karen had some for you to use. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and appreciated the towels and robes available in the spa room. We played games every night and took advantage of the selection of games in the downstairs room. The teens thought they would have time to ride bikes, so Karen brought some over. Karen and Terry texted throughout our stay to make sure all was good. We could not have asked for better host or a more enjoyable home.

This home was pretty much all we could have asked for. We enjoyed walking all the nearby trails, as well as just hanging out as a family at the house. The hosts went out of their way to insure we had everything we needed.

This place is so amazing. Location could not be better - the views are incredible. Karen was great with communication and you can tell the property is well taken care of. Every little detail is thought out. We have an infant with us and they provided a high chair and gate. Would recommend to anyone.

The house was absolutely beautiful and the owners made us feel so welcomed. They touched based several times to make sure everything was going well with our stay and if we needed anything. We highly recommend staying here.

My family and I had such a great time at this place in Girdwood! There’s plenty of space and the two kitchens were so great for our large group. The kitchen is fully stocked with all kinds of appliances, dishes, and anything we would need.There were such a lovely view from the great roomand a plenty of comfortable seating for us all to get around and talk. We are so grateful for our time.

We had a group of 7 adults. Plenty of room, I don't think we even used the lower apartment area. The owners were very communicative and open to ideas we may have had regarding the check-in process.We had everything we needed for dinners we made at the house. Usually, we find that very basic things are discarded or taken that the previous renters may have left.(ie-seasonings, canned goods, beer!) This was not the case here. Which is nice, considering there isn't a full grocery in town. Thanks for a great time and we will suggest to any of our friends wanting to come out to Girdwood to make some memories in your home.

When the moment you walk in the door, you feel at home. The view from the living room was a real winter wonderland. Their accommodations were amazing, and the owners were very welcoming and informative. They had all the extra touches. I would highly recommend this home for your next day. I know when I visit Girdwood again I will be giving them a call.

The VRBO was immaculate! The views were unreal and the proximity to the the ski hill was ideal. Also the house was in great condition and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

Wonderful home, replete with amenities, appliances, and comforts. Excellent sledding hill right out the front door, with lots of gear provided on site. The hosts were especially helpful, friendly and hospitable, and facilitated multiple plans for activities, to include a professional photographer. Overall a fabulous experience, thanks to great hosts and a fantastic home!
