Spacious, Modern Luxury 2 bed, 2 bath w/ Spectacular Rooftop!

Host was very attentive! I was very comfortable in this space, it was super clean and spacious.

We had a lovely stay! The neighborhood was quiet and within 15-20 min walks to Metro stations and playgrounds.Everything was clean and the kitchen stocked with plenty of cookware.The only downside was the noise if anyone upstairs is walking around.

The host was very nice and accommodating. The place was clean, quiet and worked well for our group of 4 adults and 2 children.

This property is so clean, spacious and in an amazing neighborhood. The check-in was easy and just as explained; the kitchen had all amenities and the host was so kind and responded quickly to all inquiries! Will definitely stay here again.

Mark's place was clean, well stocked with towels and linens and a cool, refreshing place to rest out of the heat and humidity of DC. We recommend anyone traveling with kids or who are not used to long walks from Metro stations, to grab the bus stop on Georgia Ave. It is super close to Mark's place, and then you can take it to the Shaw/Howard Metro stop to easily navigate around DC. Mark was a very responsive host.

We've stayed in many VRBOs over the years, and this was one of the best. The hosts are super communicative and very easy to work with. The place is very spacious for a Washington visit, super clean. We watched 4th of July fireworks from the roof! Parking is on the street, but we never had trouble finding a spot. Would definitely stay here again.

The stay was complete. Not necessarily impressive. But better than a hotel

Short walk to Washington Hospital Center, very clean, very comfortable, modern, everything we needed for a 4-day stay. Be aware that heat is controlled through an app (bring your Google password) which we were unable to make work, but host responded quickly when we asked to adjust. Would definitely stay there again.

Mark was very helpful and prompt with any questions we had. Easy parking on street in front of house. Rooms were spacious and we made use kitchen and dining table.

Let me say first of all, the host are incredible people. We went to Washington DC for the fourth of July and when we went to the roof to watch the fireworks, there were plenty to see. There was a dampness in the air, for it did rain only a little bit before the fireworks started, which may have caused the professional show to fizzle out a bit. However, the neighbors all around the city let their fireworks fly in the spirit of Patriotism and they did not disappoint. Let's talk about the condo: Clean does not define this property, it was immaculate. From the bathrooms to the kitchen to the living room, a person would be hard to find a problem. The hosts, Mark and Nicole, welcomed my daughter and I warmly and graciously. Are there any downsides: Not really, Mark and I discussed a problem and he took it as constructive criticism, for I have a disability and did not disclose that. I do not make it a point to let anyone go out of their way to accommodate me, for I am a grown person who needs no special treatment. Would I stay there again: In a heartbeat. The following evening, Saturday, was still available, but alas our return flights were for Saturday and I could not change them. The host and hostess are a delight and I look forward to staying there again if and when I get back to DC anytime soon. This is a great place to stay and great people who make you welcome. This was by far the cleanest rental we have stayed in. Plenty of towels and space for my family of 4. Even the couch turns into a bed, so my kids didn’t have to ‘share’ a bed. We found a couple little spots to pick up minimal groceries and a few restaurants in the area. We spent our days exploring DC and the surrounding area. The apartment was a nice refuge from the daily seeing. One evening we were so exhausted we just stayed in. The neighbors were kind and the neighborhood was maintained nicely too. Communication was easy and often via the vrbo app. We would recommend this rental to others in the area. We had a car and never had an issue w parking (parallel only in the area) We never took the metro.

Fantastic! Super clean, nice space! Owner gave us all the details. Had dinner on the roof with a great view. Well stocked too. We would definitely come back. Only good things to say about our stay!!!

Everything was neat, easily accessible. No issues at all.

It was fairly clean except for mold around tubs and large stain in back bedroom carpet. Towel rack broken and missing in back bathroom. Neighborhood is deteriorating a lot of trash on street. Overall nice experience but would most likely not come back. The 10 am check out is pretty early especially when you can't check in until 4. Overall good stay
