House was easily accessible, good communication with host. We were here on business and did not use kitchen appliances.

The house was very clean when we arrived. Everything in order. Kitchen is great. Nice appliances, easy to cook in. Ice maker didn't seem to work but not a big deal. The host was very responsive and made sure we had what we needed. Check in and check out were very smooth. Bedrooms were clean and the beds were in good shape generally. The beds in the room with the four beds could be better. Bathrooms were very clean and worked out great. The furniture in the living room is clean and in good shape for the most part. The arm on the end of the one couch seems like it has lost its stuffing or something but again, not a big deal. Full basement is in good shape. Has a dart board and TV. There's a bedroom in the basement but it's more like a closet with a cot. I would not stay in that room. But there is a bath in the basement. Parking is a bit of a challenge if you have more than two cars. The rest have to park on the street and with parking on both sides of the street it can get a bit tight. Since it was cold outside we didn't use the deck or the yard so no comments on that.Overall it's a good place to stay. Very close to the big shopping and dining areas so that's very convenient. It's in a good, relatively quiet neighborhood. The place is showing some signs of wear but I would stay there again.

The host was welcoming and responsive to our inquiries/requests. Whoever is managing the property for him just needs to improve. Snow hadn’t been shoveled away from a big storm 2 weeks before. Thus we couldn’t park more than 2 cars in a 4 car driveway, had to wade through drifts getting out of car and into the house, and walk on icy paths. Bowls we wished to use were cracked, a dirty pan in the cupboard, and the sheets on the bed were all wrinkled and uninviting to sleep on. It’s an attractive property….it just needs a little love.

The home was as advertised and very comfortable. The only issues we had were difficulty navigating the street due to many cars narrowing the passage way and there was no spare toilet paper we could find in the house.

This house is perfect for large groups. We spent a wonderful weekend here during our annual girls’ trip. Since the home is an open concept, it’s easy to socialize with everyone no matter which room you’re in. We love staying here and would highly recommend it.

This home was perfect for what we needed while we were in the New Albany area. The bedrooms were comfortable and so were the beds. The house was clean and communication with the host was seamless. We would stay here again for sure!!!

Beautiful home in a very nice neighborhood. We had a few maintenance issues that put a damper on our arrival. Host handled them to the best of his ability. The described Futon is actually a cot.

We had a great trip to Westerville and recommend this house to all our family and friends.

Love how the house backs up to a park. Our family (& dogs) loved our stay. Air conditioning worked as it should. House was as stated.

Very spacious, good beds, plenty of towels.One problem, third full bathroom is downstairs with only a single cot for sleeping.Also lighting was terrible in bathroom--too dim for make-up and lighting limited in house.Could use comfortable seating in bedrooms.Loved the outside porch and access to wonderful walking trail at the park. The garbage cans on curb blocked parking and remained there for three days, couldn't fit them in garage which was filled.Kitchen area perfect! Thank you for our stay.

Great location for Buckeyes games

Although communication with Ahmed was great, the property was very disappointing. Everything was beat up and dangerously falling apart. The kitchen chair legs were coming apart and someone is likely to get hurt. Same with the patio furniture, which was filthy. The paint is all chipped, the walls are dented, the curtain rod in the dining room is hanging off the wall, there are multiple missing light bulbs, the refrigerator shelves are broken, the grill is dented, and the back of the house is covered with moss. I honestly felt like it was a college frat house. I would not recommend the place to anyone. It was expensive and I was embarrassed.

Our stay was good. The house was clean. Although people do need to know that the couches have the legs taken off and sit directly on the floor. The beds also sit so low to the ground. If you are elderly or bad knees this is tough. Overall the house was nice.

The good : Good communication and friendly, plenty of space, several updated and modern features especially in the kitchen, AC worked great. The bad: Pictures are very outdated for the outdoor area since it looks nothing like the pictures, outdoor maintenance is very poor with lots of weeds, mildew, and run down furniture, bedroom carpets and walls are marked and stained, kitchen looks nice but is poorly stocked for cooking and eating. Overall, was a fine stay but not as nice of an area and the outdoor needs a lot of attention.

Overall great experience

Ahmed was great to work with. The property was nice. We were quite surprised to find many items in the pantry and bathrooms (possibly left by previous occupants). That added a nice touch to our stay.

Upon arrival the front yard is nothing like the pictures, no flowers just weeds and the entrance is in desperate need of trimming, you have to walk around bushes to get to the front door. The property is very, very poorly maintained. The back porch was unusable as it was so dirty, leaves and dirt all over the porch, ants all over the table that had not been cleaned off from food and the grill was not even able to used as it was so disgusting. Power went out from a storm for several hours and the grill was not even an option. My grandson walked around in his barefeet and his feet were filthy from the floors. Clearly no one looks after the property and checks on the cleaning service. The kitchen chairs are very frail and coming apart, very poorly made. Be careful as the hot water is set very very hot and it actually steams when it comes out of the faucets. Particularly in the showers and kitchen sink - very, very dangerous. All of the beds are very low to the floor, it did not appear that there were box springs on any of the beds. There are no dressers in any of the bedrooms which made it a little challenging keeping things in suitcases. No TVs in any of the bedrooms either. No notebook indicating anything about the area - best pizza place, local restaurants, map of the area - no information at all. Overall for the high price point it was a very disappointing property. Also for a home to have 6 bedrooms the extra per person charges seemed very high.

Very beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of space for large group.

We were visiting Columbus for our nephew’s graduation. The location was perfect for attending graduation activities and convenient to restaurants and shops. Ahmed communicated well and was accommodating of our family as we came and went. Given past experiences in reviews, we found clearly communicating our intentions went all long way.

In town for the weekend with family. The house is great, large and clean. The beds were very comfortable but a bit on the low side.

Home met needs

The outside was a mess with trash and lots of dead bushes etc... The inside was very clean but sparsely furnished The beds are very low so if you have older people be advised. Kitchen was outfitted well except for tin foil or paper towel/napkins. All in all it was adequate

Nice home in nice neighborhood

Family joined as we prepped and attended my daughter’s wedding at Jorgenson Farms. Property was as described and perfect for us!

I had an upcoming trip to Polaris for training. I have a little one under two so I decided to drive and take the whole family! The location was great, minutes from shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, however, a little tight. If you have a large group with more than one car parking could be an issue for you. The house definitely has a little wear on it, but to be expected with being a rental with enough beds to house 14 people or so. The upstairs bathroom had some used soap bars and there was some leftover food and condiments. Not a big deal just something I noticed. Water is HOT! We would definitely stay again. Tons of room!! My little one loved the giant tub in the master bath!! The toys and books were a plus as well. :)

Spacious home with lots of room for our family of 7 to gather to celebrate the New Year together. Quiet neighborhood. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, great appliances, ample seating and large tables for board games. We walked and ran the paths at nearby park daily. Super easy check-in and check out. The house was very pretty, just as it is pictured, we had a great time here for our weekend. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed friendly and welcoming. The host was very nice and informative.

Had a great wedding weekend with family. The place was perfect for our family and afforded us an opportunity to be together at one location. The house was clean and amble space for seven of us. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to the greater Columbus area.

Nice appliances and plenty of cooking and dining equipment and space. Parking a little bit of an issue but it worked.

We are 7 ladies who have been friends for over 50 years. We went to Stebbins HS in Dayton. Perfect home for us to stay and reconnect since we are scattered now in 3 states. We all had a bed, which was important, and with the 3.5 baths it was easy to share and get ready. Great weather so we took advantage of the deck. We had 5 deer visit as well as an albino squirrel. The house was well equipped. There was plenty of towels and soaps. The host was very responsive to my questions. We had a wonderful, memory making trip. I highly recommend this house for a family.

My extended family and I enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. We were in Columbus for the Marshall/Ohio State game (we're Buckeye fans who live in PA). The property was ideal for our needs (including the quiet wooded backyard with occasional deer wandering through and squirrels cavorting about). The property manager was wonderful in facilitating our experience (e.g., timely communication, response to questions) -- thank you!

We were very happy to find that the home was exactly as listed. We found the home well stocked with plenty of towels, laundry supplies, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner as well as kitchen supplies. The owners were very involved and on top of things with this home. We had a very mi e stay.

Great house and conveniently located

The open floor plan was what got me when I walked in! So beautiful. Although I was there for one purpose of family arts coming for holidays or for a reunion, this is the style home you would want. and all amenities

The house was really great, incredibly clean, great AC, beds comfy enough, lots of towels, washer and dryer worked great, everything you could want. In addition, the kitchen is stocked way better than your average VRBO. The decor is really nice but simple. The host was so responsive and easy to work with. We had zero issues and would stay here again for sure!
