Stayed Jun 20, 2025Place and location were absolutely fantastic. We did have a few concerns and questions… The air conditioning was insanely loud - so much so, it made it difficult to hang out in the common area. Also, the heating was running simultaneously and we couldn’t figure out how to turn it off. I reached out 6 times (over the course of our 5 night stay) asking for assistance and received zero response. Also reached out asking for specifics on check out process - no response. This was quite frustrating. Overall our stay was good, but it was really disappointing and frustrating that I got zero response to my questions and inquiries.
