The open concept allows the dining, living, and kitchen to flow together to create a welcoming common space. The full size kitchen features every at-home chefs dream, a full range gas stove! The kitchen also features basic seasonings, oils, and dishware for your convenience. Take advantage of the provided coffee station and start your day off right with a cup of joe! The oversized kitchen island provides plenty of cooking space to prepare a big feast! Serve up your homemade food on the bench style dining table that seats 6! As you move onto the living room, take a seat on the comfy sectional while watching TV on the big smart flatscreen!

Located downstairs is the master bedroom that features an ultra plush king size bed as well as a big smart TV! Enjoy your favorite shows from the comfort of your bed! The attached master bathroom features double sinks that makes it convenient for multiple people to get ready at once! Relax in the spacious and luxurious walk-in shower!

Located upstairs is the second bedroom that can accommodate plenty of guests with its two queen size beds! The third bedroom features two queen size beds. Catch up on your sleep in the fourth bedroom that has an oh so comfy queen bed and a plush full size bed. Unwind in the fifth bedrooms queen size bed! Pamper yourself in the upstairs bathroom that features a combination shower/tub!

This home has a two car garage and a four car driveway, additional parking can be found on the curb. Please DO NOT block the neighbor's driveway or park in front of their homes as there may be fines and possible towing for parking violations.
You will have complete private access to the house, backyard, and garage. The only areas of the house that are off-limits are attics and the supply closet.
The laundry room is fully and easily accessible for all your laundry needs.

Located only a few miles away from downtown Dallas, ride-share apps are cheaper due to its close proximity to the city!

Unauthorized parties are not allowed at my property - this includes open invite parties or events primarily after 11:00 pm. Certain events such as wedding-related events, dinners, work events, family gatherings, or wedding/baby showers are allowed, but these must be approved before your reservation.

Any noise complaints from neighbors or police visits will result in a $250 fine for each occurrence. Please follow the rules to make your stay as enjoyable and as stress-free as possible.

House Rules -
1. No Disruptive parties - Events with loud music, parking violations, excessive drinking, take place primarily at night, and 25+ people are not allowed.

2. Smoking is not permitted inside ($400 fine), no tampering with cameras/security devices, no DJs or large sound systems (Only regular speakers).

3. First 16 guests are included by the base rate which includes everyone visiting and spending the night. Keep all guests and noise inside after 10:00 PM
