Hamilton, Montana
The Fullerton house is the perfect vacation home for a group of 14 or less. Conveniently located near downtown Hamilton, The Stock Farm and walking distance to Hamilton High and The Bitterroot Performing Arts Center. This home is great for housing family/friends for reunions, sporting events, group retreats, etc.
While on a hill, The Fullerton house has one of a kind views of the Bitterroot Valley and neighbors historic Marcus Daly (founder of Hamilton) era properties. Wildlife visits are common, such as the Great Horned Owl nests in the neighboring spruce trees, colorful little birds peak in the windows and deer lounge in the yard.
This is a 3500 square foot three story, five bedroom and two bath home. On the main floor, technically the 2nd floor is the living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom with a shower, a master bedroom with a king and a bedroom with a queen. Third story has two bedrooms. The Blue room is a single built in twin and the Red room has 3 built in twins. Children love the top floor, it's a large space with a bathroom/shower/tub. The daylight basement has a new king bedroom with seating area and a TV. There is a separate kitchenette with coffee maker and microwave. This is a perfect place for a couple who needs more privacy or the loud snoring uncle. In the daylight basement the section that's unfinished has a ping pong table and can store bikes, winter recreational gear and fishing gear. Additional sleeping options: a queen air mattress and a single foldable bed is available. Please be accurate with guest count when booking.
House was ideal for our trip. Enough rooms for all. Close to town and all the basics provided. The house is older, but very charming
This house was so cool! It is a time capsule, an absolute gem. Very clean, central location, close to town and the Stock Farm. Fits a lot of guests! Would stay again. Thank you for having us!
We came to Hamilton to visit family, and this property was the perfect configuration for us. The cousins enjoyed the upstairs kid rooms, and the adults had good space in the other rooms as well. The house has a lot of vintage charm, but with all the necessary updates to make it comfortable. Layna was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We had a lovely stay!
The original 1940's features are amazing, especially the sleeping cubbies upstairs. Easy walk to downtown and Naps (Hamilton's justly popular burger grill). The house is going to be our first-choice place to stay from now on.
Loved our time in Hamilton. The house was perfect for what we needed.
Three generations were in Hamilton for a family reunion and stayed in this very sweet home. The location was great and the home was set up well for our families. Would absolutely stay again.
Had a great time with family. Home was well stocked and clean. Plenty of room for all of us. Would recommend it to others.
This house was a great experience overall. Our dog stayed with us along with our son's dog and they enjoyed the grass. It was a great location for HS graduation just a couple blocks away. I recommend this property if you want to stay in the Hamilton MT area.
Very easy to get to town and mountains from house, would rent again
Property was exactly as it showed online, clean and easy to reach Layna and David. Thank you
The property was incredibly clean, well organized, and pleasant. I would book it again if I am back in the area. Thank you.
Wonderful extended stay. Plenty of room and everything needed. The only suggestion I have is for more air conditioning units or fans. It was over 100 degrees everyday of our stay. Other than that it was perfect.
Close to downtown Hamilton and beautiful views and property.
Perfect spot for families looking to access the splendor of the Bitterroot Valley, while also being a stonesthrow from the town of Hamilton.
This historic home is perfect for families and is in a great Hamilton location. There were 5 of us that stayed here for a family wedding and with only one car, it’s location made it very convenient to drop off family members to their destinations at all different times. It’s close to the city center and the Stock Farm Club, where we needed to be yet it is very private. We even saw a family of deer in the yard! It is old, it looks just like the pictures, but it’s immaculate and very well stocked on all levels; kitchen, linens, and in our case, there was even bug repellant. The hosts were great! They responded almost immediately if we had any questions and the house keeping information was simple to understand and execute. Highly recommend.
