We loved our stay here! The room was the perfect size for an extended weekend for the two of us, and we loved having the deck right outside the door with some very nice views! It's an It's a very peaceful and quiet setting in a nice neighborhood. Edwin was very kind and accommodating, as well as super helpful with advice on things to do in the area and how to get around. He and his wife made our stay very easy and pleasant. We hope to go back soon!

Ed is very nice ，we met him the first night and everyday ，also Brody， the friendly dog. We often talk ，Ed supply useful information about travelling in SF. Bed and sofabed are spacious ，super clean towells ，many many towels ，convenient very much ，love the stay.

The address was hard to find given the odd ordering of the houses' addresses on the cul-de-sac. Called the host. No response. Comfortable bed and sofa. Nice bathroom remodel. The kitchenette was hidden behind some curtains in the photo. It was actually a closet with hangers right above a mini-microwave and refrigerator that was accessible if on our knees using a flashlight to see the buttons. Food prep had to be done on the bathroom counter as the kitchenette had none. Not enough power wall outlets so there were a lot of extension cords with multi-plugs on each for appliances. The fire extinguisher was on the floor next to the mini-frig. The instructions to turn on the TV didn't work. Called the host who showed up and he couldn't make it work so he left to get his password to log on. He got it to work. He was a very nice man.

Very clean, quiet, peaceful. Very tastefully decorated and furnished. All amenities were thoughtfully made available. Owner was most welcoming, accomodating and kind. We give it our hughest recommend.

Tiny but does the job. Great bathroom. Plenty of towels and hot water. Kitchenette could use improvement. Lots of appliances but you can only use one appliance at a time. Lots of power strips. No counter space to prepare meals. No sink. Nowhere to eat. TV trays would have been helpful. Sat on the floor at small coffe table. It was too cold to eat outside. Outside furniture could have been cleaned to make more inviting. Backyard is gorgeous; lots of pines. Bed was very comfortable. Brody the dog welcomed us and was never a problem. Sarah who was taking care of things made sure we had everything we needed. Very sweet.

Very thoughtful host

The Master Suite provided peace, quiet, and comfort for our week in Pacifica. It had everything we needed for a restful time away. Edwin is a very gracious host, responsive and helpful with all of the recommendations for local dining and activities. Bonus points for a comfortable bed that provided many good nights’ sleep!

Comfortable and clean master bedroom in a lovely home, with everything you need for sightseeing in Pacifica. The room is adjacent to main house kitchen and above another rental so careful attention to noise is needed. Host was welcoming but not intrusive. Suggest more lighting on unit entry stairs (a simple string of lights on guard rail for example) and updated pictures of the space as changes have been made to furnishings, and include a pic of kitchenette nook and the nice touches in that space. A very good rental experience.

Our host was excellent at communicating with us and available if we had any questions or concerns. The lodging was comfortable and convenient for our daily outings.

Picture on website is different than actual location. No dresser as pictured. Cannot see closet in picture where coffee, refrigerator, microwave, etc. are. I did not know there were stairs to get up to room. It was difficult to get large suitcases up. Very dangerous at night. Light doesn't come on at stairwell until 1/2 or 3/4 the way up stairs. No freezer in refrigerator, can't keep ice there.Microwave should have splatter top.Electrical needs updating, can only use one item at a time, otherwise will blow a circuit. No table or chairs to sit at to eat or play games.Coffee maker ad not been cleaned. The drain catch was full of crude, spilled on rug when tried to carry to sink to empty and clean. Curtains across sliding door were very poor, needed to pinch closed with clips.No dresser or closet space. Bathroom had an electric bidet. Have never used one and never will. Spend the money on room upgrades!!Couldn't get wi-fi to work with laptop. It was nce to have coffee, creamer there. Linens, towels, bed, shower were OK.Business License was out-of-date 23-24.We made due with what there was but I would never stay there again. It was expensive for what was offered. Very disappointed.

Very nice quiet spot nestled in the valley away from the hustle and bustle. It was clean and well kept, and Edwin was very nice and accommodating. I will definitely be back!

The suite is cozy, clean, and beyond tranquil. If you’re going to stay in the Bay Area, Pacifica is the way to go- especially the valley, where this rental is located. We very much enjoyed waking up to the beautiful valley views, complete with lush landscaping and natural wildlife. I could sit on the porch and watch those hummingbirds all day! The suite was the best place to unwind after long days in the city. Edwin (the host) could not have been more accommodating. We were able to come and go as we pleased, thanks to the private access. Highly recommend! We can’t wait to visit again.

A nice base camp for San Francisco doings and a Giants game

This place had an excellent queen bed, plenty of towels, a working fireplace, and available movies for free. The caretaker and his dog are very friendly. If you want something a little different than a standard motel room I think you will like this place. The outside environment was very cool even in the summer. Bring a jacket. Some driving may be necessary to find restaurants but some are within walking distance.

Excellent, clean, atmospheric apartment with a terrace and a stunning view. There is nothing better than a cup of coffee in the morning on the terrace with birds singing. Friendly, caring and responsive owner Edwin. Many thanks to Edwin fforawonderwweeweekend.
