Cozy, modern 1-bedroom guest suite with backyard ocean view!

The hosts werr very welcoming and responsive. The place was very modern and well apointed. The kitchen was just perfect as was everything else in the place. Very spacious and clean shower. We loved the entrance through the secreat garden with an amazing view of the ocean and sunset. I would highly recomend tbis place. Book it soon you won't be sorry.

The property is great nice views of the bay, very cozy apartment, very modern and exceptional out of doors. The backyard looking down under the bay. The backyard is a succulent garden that is a living, evolving work of art. Well, worth a return trip.

When planning an anniversary trip, we were determined to get out of the city and out of a hotel. After searching for properties, I kept coming back to this one - and I am so glad I did! The previous reviews are all spot on and the exterior views are breathtaking. Mike and Charlene paid fantastic attention to detail throughout this downstairs resort, and the succulent garden in the back was just an extra perk for two plant lovers. Ease of check-in and instruction access were ideal. We felt at home all week. Whether you are looking to be near, but outside of San Francisco for a quick stop-in or are taking a drive down Hwy 1, I would recommend a stay at this beautiful property. Can't wait to return for a visit!

This place is amazing!! This suite has it all!! Mike and Charlene thought of it all for your stay!! Even had a bottle of wine waiting for us!! The garden is beautiful! And the ocean view is gorgeous!! Very quiet neighborhood!! Easy to get to San Francisco. My husband and I enjoyed our stay here very much. Highly recommend

We were extremely pleased with our experience in Pacifica. The accommodations were exactly as described, the neighborhood was central to restaurants, hiking and activities, and the view was spectacular! We enjoyed the backyard and hosts made us feel at home. The native plants and succulents in the back were utterly amazing!

We loved our stay in this cozy and comfortable 1 bedroom mini apartment woth everything you need and an awe inspiring view of the ocean in Pacifica. We felt right at home and appreciate the details and clear communication by the owner, Mike. A personal note and a bottle of wine greeted us upon our arrival (to celebrate our honeymoon). We enjoyed coffee with wildflowers at our feet and an amazing ocean view. This location was a perfect escape and allowed us to enjoy the peaceful coast as well as the city attractions of San Francisco just a short drive away. We loved our stay and hope to return and stay again when we are up in the Bay Area. ! Thanks so much Mike!

nice backyard, easy communication with host , and close to lots of hiking trails!

The place was super cute and quiet. I loved hanging out in the garden area and looking at all the cool little succulents, & the kitties were a nice bonus. The view was gorgeous when it wasn’t foggy, and I’d totally stay here again.

We had a fabulous experience at this property. Mike was very friendly and responsive, and the property was clean, peaceful, and very relaxing. The view from the backyard was awe-inspiring! We look forward to coming back again soon!

My husband and I needed a few days out of our loud neighborhood in SF. This cozy cottage, overlooking the ocean was just what we needed. The cottage has everything you need from heaters, to coffee and soft towels. Communication was very clear with the owners from key pad entry instructions to checkout. Street parking was safe and easy!

Nice and clean and quiet wonderful view

My wife and I were in town so that I could have surgery and recover for a month before returning home. It is an ideal place for rest and relaxation: cozy, comfortable, clean, and complete with needed amenities like a kitchen and laundry. The backyard offered stunning views and sunsets to make even the days when I could not get out special. Hosts Mike and Charlene were courteous and easy to communicate with. Mike always gave us a heads up about any goings on around the property and always had the quality of our stay in mind. Instructions for check-in, check out, and the property in general were always very clearly communicated. Would highly recommend this VRBO property and host!
