- Driveways and Gates: The property has two gated driveways. One of the gate remotes is currently being replaced and is temporarily unavailable. The other driveway gate is fully operational and can be easily opened and closed manually. Thank you for your understanding!

- Backyard & Pool: **The swimming pool amenity has been temporarily removed as it is currently undergoing maintenance** The backyard can still be accessed. It offers lush, tropical landscaping for a serene atmosphere. The yard is maintained 2–3 times per week. Due to natural surroundings and wind, a few leaves or small debris may occasionally fall into the pool or yard between cleanings.

- The guest house bedroom (bedroom with two beds) is still useable. However, the AC unit in the guest house is currently under maintenance.

- The Gym and Cinema Rooms are to be reconstructed, therefore currently unavailable for use.

- The dishwasher is currently under maintenance.

• Pets: This villa is pet-friendly! All pets must be added to the reservation, and the applicable pet fee will apply.

• No Parties: Parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited.

• Toiletries: Starter toiletries are provided to get you started. Please plan to bring or purchase any additional toiletries you may need during your stay.

• Bugs & Critters: The property is regularly treated, but Florida’s subtropical climate may occasionally bring bugs or critters. To help minimize this, please keep windows and doors closed and store or dispose of food properly.
