Stayed Aug 25, 2022Beautiful home in a gorgeous neighborhood. Perfect place to gather for our annual trip to Saratoga. Clean, spacious house with lots of beds & bathrooms, fire pit & pool table. Couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you Patrick! Hope to do it again next year!

Stayed Aug 11, 2022My friends and I stayed at Pat’s house for a weekend golf trip and sat at the races. The home is spacious, beautiful and full of amenities that were perfect for our group - large yard, screened in porch, fire pit, fully finished basement, etc. A great place to stay for a larger group. Beautiful home!

Stayed Aug 8, 2019Patrick was an amazing host and his home was even better than expected. We went up with a group of friends and it accommodated us perfectly. To make the sleeping arrangements comfortable we put an air mattress, per Patrick's recommendation, in the baby's room. During the days we went to the track and at night we hung out in the screened in porch, made a camp fire, and cooked a nice meal. Patrick was so responsive and helpful during our stay. He always responded to our texts in a timely manner. We would definitely return here! Thanks for an amazing weekend.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a wonderful time and the property was all that we could have wished for. We were 7 adults and 5 young children, sleeping was no problem though we did bring a second aero bed. Beautiful kitchen and plenty of indoor and outdoor conversation areas. Fun in the finished basement with a talent show by the kids and a little pool for the adults. Didn’t get to the fire pit as we had too much fun at the track. Thank you, Patrick. Maybe we’ll be back in our next visit to Saratoga.
