Spacious Lakeside Berkshire Home Close to Tanglewood and Jacob's Pillow

Beautiful home. Well provisioned.

This house is amazing. It's beautiful, it's spacious and its kitchen is incredibly well stocked! The house is clean, and the beds and couches are all comfortable. In addition, Cindy and Dave are responsive, caring hosts. When we had an issue with one of the thermostats on the first night, Cindy messaged and called me. They also had a neighbor come over the next morning to fix it on Thanksgiving Day when we were unable to do so. I would definitely stay here again!

A wonderful home in a great location. Home is clean, well equipped, and roomy enough for nine of us. A kid friendly beach is a short walk away. Everyone in our group fully enjoyed our time in Monterey!

This house was beautiful and exactly the place for a family trip (6 adults, 3 kids). Central air was key on hot days, the amount of bathrooms ideal for 9 people! Host was very accommodating and quick with communication. Enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards at the lake (we had a truck to make it easier, but they could be walked down to the town beach, which isn’t too far!). All TVs are set for casting or using your own accounts (not that we watched too much tv!). Place was big enough for my toddler to nap and not have everyone too close to wake her. Would recommend!

Took family on a trip to Butternut and this was the perfect house for my family of 5. House was clean and cozy, bed comfortable and lots of space for my 3 kids. Easy drive to downtown Great Barrington. We would stay here again in the future.

Cindy's place is perfect for a family getaway - the floor plan is open - there is natural sunlight throughout the entire house and the views are incredible. The first floor has multiple places to hang out with 2 living room areas to gather for some family fun. There is also a beautiful loft to enjoy TV or just relax on the couch's. The kitchen has everything you need to stay in and cook meals and has seating at the island that can accommodate 4. There is also a dining room which would accommodate up to 10 at the same table. The kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms were all fully stocked with all the essentials you need. The house was extremely clean and comfortable, clearly designed thoughtfully to accommodate guests. We used the gas fireplace's every night we were there - plenty of space for all eight of us to sit comfortably and enjoy the warmth of the fire. There is also an area on the main floor to watch TV and there is a wrap around couch to accommodate up to eight people. There is also an added bonus a 2 car garage that we used since there was a storm the weekend we stayed - so nice not to have to scrape/take the snow off the cars. The host is nice and very professional, and easy to reach out to if needed and responds right away. I would highly recommend staying here if you plan on visiting the Berkshires.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home in the Berkshires. The house was lovely and nicely accommodated our family with adult children and grandchildren. The house was clean and very comfortable. And, being so close to a small beach for swimming and boating was terrific. We had easy access to much of what the Berkshires have to offer. We hope to return!
