Stayed Jul 23, 2025This house was very spacious and in a perfect tucked away spot on a private lake only minutes from downtown Chatham and the beach. It easily fit our 6 adults and 6 children (we had an unused bedroom that is how spacious this house is). The private lake had kayaks and a canoe which we enjoyed. The basement area was perfect for the kids to have their own space to play and the ping pong table was enjoyed by all. I liked that there was really only one area for TV watching that was secluded in its own little room with streaming that had pocket doors that allowed us to not all be glued to it, but spend more time interacting and having fun. I would reccommend this house and Laura was very responsive.

Stayed Jun 26, 2025Very relaxing and functional property. As described and even better. The only issue was the late communication on the need for bedsheets and towels. My fourth stay on the Cape and the first time bedsheets and towels were not provided. There was something there for all ages-fishing, swimming, relaxing on the deck, foosball, ping-pong, spacious interior, plenty of beds, and a warm relaxing ambience. Great quiet neighborhood yet close to restaurants,markets, etc.
