The lake house is located on a quiet cove on Lake Sinclair. You can enjoy fishing, swimming, or boating around the lake. The home also has many fun amenities for you to enjoy including a hot tub, pool table, arcade games, star light theater, massage chair, kayaks, and a row boat. With 4 bedrooms, oneroom with two sofa beds, and a basement perfect for entertainment our home provides the perfect lake retreat.

The master bedroom has its own private bathroom and a seating area including two couches, massage chair, and a tv. The other three bedrooms all have one queen bed in each. The two sofa beds are in a private room with a door so its just like your own bedroom.

The home has a large kitchen and plenty of seating areas for you to eat. There is outdoor dining areas on both porches as well as a dining area inside with a view of the lake.

Amenities: The basement has a bar, twinkle star light theater, dart board, pool table, and arcade games. The hot tub is located on the lower deck with a bath house right next to it where you can change for swimming. 2 Kayaks + Paddles and a boat dock. Please feel free to bring your own watercraft and use our dock (public boat launch nearby). Our Boat dock has a slip for a pontoon boat and two slips for jet skis with jet ski lifts (holds jets skis under 800 pounds). With over 400 miles of scenic shoreline, meandering coves and inlets, as well as numerous stretches of open water, the lake offers plenty of swimming, fishing, and boating opportunities.

Our home is close enough to restaurants and shopping (20-30 min drive) , but far enough that you have escaped the crowds and noise of the city. There is a boat launch and gas station approximately 7 minutes away. The Masters Golf course at Great Waters is only a 23 mile drive.

Pets: We welcome pets at our vacation home and allow up to 2 dogs to join you on your stay. Please note that guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets and for cleaning up after them. Pets must be kept off the furniture and always supervised, especially near the lake for their safety. As there may be other animals in the neighborhood, we ask that pets are kept on a leash when outdoors. We want everyone, including your pets, to have a safe and enjoyable experience here!
Guest access
You will have access to all parts of the house except for a few owners closets. The hot tub and many other amenities are for your private use.

Other things to note
We have provided boat rental company details that are nearby in our welcome book as well as the boating laws and directions from the boat launch to the home by water.

We do have a ring doorbell with a camera on the entry door and outdoor security cameras located by the front door and garage. All of the cameras are only pointing towards the entryways for security and your privacy.
