Stayed May 8, 2026Started off when we pulled up to find trash cans scattered at the street. Then the advertised boat parking was not available. Had two boats there. Then the code to get into the house was received only a few minutes prior to check and it was to a key box. Guess what, no key inside. Standing outside with luggage and groceries in 105 degrees temperatures and the host not answering the phone. Finally called back at 4:12 not understanding why there was no key. Asked us to wait even longer while he checked with the house keeper. I mentioned seeing another lock box at which time he gave me the code and got a key. House hot with no air on. No Wi-Fi or internet. Had to give another 50 deposit to use the hot tub of which no direction how to use. Finally get the directions but the heater would not work. Lots of apologies but that doesn’t help with the stay. The house was clean and in a nice neighborhood. Beds comfortable. Not what I thought I booked. Disappointing stay. No book of how to operate items in the house. Won’t stay there again.

Stayed Jan 15, 2026The hosts answered all our questions, and were quick to respond. The house was very comfortable, and well stocked. Lovely towels are provided for outside and in. Plenty of kitchen supplies to cook our own meals. We enjoyed pretending I knew how to play pool!! The hot tub was really lovely to use at night and enjoy the big sky at Lake Havasu. House is located in a quiet place, and easy access to a lot of the events in Jan and Feb. We were pretty thrilled during the Balloon Fest, several went right over the house!There is a little nook at the front door, perfect for afternoon cocktails and sunset viewings. This was a lovely place for us to get away from rainy season at home! Thanks!
