The place was great. We had an issue with the washer and the property manager got to it right away. Appreciate their customer service.
Tons of room for 9 ladies. Beautiful hikes around the neighborhood.
Lakeside retreat is a beautiful property that is very spacious, well kept and cozy. Come with the desire to relax, it’s easy!
Beautiful home with view of the lake, particularly enjoyable from the deck. We enjoyed playing pool in the well equipped game room, again with a view of the lake. Furnishings were comfortable and everything we could possibly need was available to us. It's about a 15 minute drive from downtown Brevard.
The house was just as advertised. The house was clean, the kitchen well equipped and the bedrooms were all comfortable. The house is located in a beautiful gated community and is within easy driving distance of a lot of activities.
The house in itself was excellent. It was clean and had an awesome game room downstairs that our older kids enjoyed. However, do NOT stay at this house if you are looking to stay on the lake AND actually USE the lake for fishing and water sports. The house boasts a beautiful lake view and advertises canoes and kayaks for your use on said lake. There is NO place to put in at the lake and NO place to fish. The house is land locked and the neighbors are rude and unwelcoming on both sides. Don’t even think of getting near the lake because it’s all private property. I emailed Vacasa multiple times before booking to verify that we had a place to put in the canoe and was told yes (finally after the third time of emailing). For the money we paid to stay in a lake house because we enjoy fishing and water sports, this was a huge let down and we honestly should be refunded some money for the false advertising. Renters beware!
If the lake view wasn't enough, the property is incredible. The house felt welcoming and cozy, yet elegant. The bedrooms are all huge and everyone enjoyed time on the pool table and ping pong table in the game room.
Beautiful home and location with hiking trails and amenities. Do Not put kayaks in to the left of the rocks, we thought we were within the zone in the picture but the neighbor yelled at us. The propane tanks were empty (one had about quarter tank left) - they had additional but all were empty so fire pit wasn’t usable. The grill was gross, no wire brush to clean and ran out of propane. My dad fixed 2 of the burners but we had to use the oven. I think this is more the property management, the house was in great shape and had a lot of amenities - trash bags, hand soaps, etc and is beautiful.
