Stayed Dec 31, 1969Beautiful home with view of the lake, particularly enjoyable from the deck. We enjoyed playing pool in the well equipped game room, again with a view of the lake. Furnishings were comfortable and everything we could possibly need was available to us. It's about a 15 minute drive from downtown Brevard.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The house was just as advertised. The house was clean, the kitchen well equipped and the bedrooms were all comfortable. The house is located in a beautiful gated community and is within easy driving distance of a lot of activities.

Stayed Jul 10, 2023The house in itself was excellent. It was clean and had an awesome game room downstairs that our older kids enjoyed. However, do NOT stay at this house if you are looking to stay on the lake AND actually USE the lake for fishing and water sports. The house boasts a beautiful lake view and advertises canoes and kayaks for your use on said lake. There is NO place to put in at the lake and NO place to fish. The house is land locked and the neighbors are rude and unwelcoming on both sides. Don’t even think of getting near the lake because it’s all private property. I emailed Vacasa multiple times before booking to verify that we had a place to put in the canoe and was told yes (finally after the third time of emailing). For the money we paid to stay in a lake house because we enjoy fishing and water sports, this was a huge let down and we honestly should be refunded some money for the false advertising. Renters beware!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969If the lake view wasn't enough, the property is incredible. The house felt welcoming and cozy, yet elegant. The bedrooms are all huge and everyone enjoyed time on the pool table and ping pong table in the game room.
