Great experience

Everything was great. 6 of us stayed there for my granddaughter’s wedding. Very comfortable, very spacious. The 2 living areas were really nice. The kitchen had everything we needed. Very clean. I had one question for Daniel and he answered it quickly and was very helpful. The big screen TV in the lower floor was great for the football games. It was almost like being at home. Very nice location. Close to Walmart. 15 minutes from downtown which is where the wedding was. Thank you so much for the hospitality.

This home is lovely and spacious, which was perfect for 6 adults and a dog. Plenty of beds and bathrooms, all in good shape and clean. It was perfect for our needs. Be aware the back yard is not fenced and we did have a little scare with the neighbors loose dogs across the way. You also share a wall with the neighbor townhome, which means they could hear my dog bark, unfortunately. The home is well kept but could use some minor updates, however nothing that would keep me from staying again. The kitchen is great, just missing a pizza cutter! Overall, we were very pleased with this pick! Easy access to highway and essentials, stores, and a nice quiet neighborhood. We had a very nice stay. The owner was very responsive, accommodating, and patient! Thank you!

Great host and a great place that’s very conveniently located.

The property was clean and well kept. The beds were small and uncomfortable. Linens could be updated and the upstairs couch was uncomfortable to sit on. But overall is was a very nice place to stay and in the perfect location. Table that could seat 6 was a bonus. Kitchen was well equipped and having 2 1/2 bathrooms was wonderful. The host made check in easy and was always available.

Just passing through town

Excellent, very clean. Daniel responded very quickly if we had any concerns or questions. He kept us in the loop on the house.

5 family members came to KC to surprise my daughter who had just moved here. The house was above and beyond what the web site had shown. It was close to everything we wanted to do. The homeowner was very responsive to any needs or questions. For sure would stay in his property again!

The home was great. The small area was good, but if you are familar with the broader area its sketchy. I would stay again though.

We were so happy to stay here. Very clean witha very easy check out process. Thiugh we didnt have a baby eith us. I thought it was great they had a cribe for families.

Clean, nice decor, very comfortable beds. Short drive to Convention Center. Host provided timely, good information.Would have been nice to have first day of coffee supplied. Otherwise, all needs were accommodated. We will try to stay here again if the team plays in KC again!

Beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood. Nice and quiet and very well set up for a great week. We really enjoyed our time there.

2 couples coming to KC for Big 12 basketball tournament. Located in quiet clean neighborhood close to restaurants and grocery stores. Commute was easy to downtown area as well as museums that we wanted to take in. Home was immaculately clean. Had all of the comforts and conveniences that we needed. Would stay here again!

Stayed here as I was waiting to close on my house after moving to Kansas City. The place was perfect - nice location, great space, even better communication with the owner!! While it was way more space than I needed, it still felt comfortable the whole time I was there. I highly recommend this rental

While the location and amenities of the house met our needs, cleanliness of the beds was very disappointing.

Daniel was very understanding when we had to shorten our stay due to medical restrictions. He was under no obligation to accommodate us but he did willingly and graciously. His townhouse is full of blessings and he’s the biggest one of all.

It was clean, even though there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived. There was a surprise request for either a sizeable damage deposit (not guaranteed refundable) or a sizeable insurance payment after the imitial rental payment. i found the house rules overly restrictive and intimidating. Even being older clients. We had been in town for a family gathering and had hoped to have an evening where we could invite people to sit and talk. After reading the house rules we decided against asking anyone back. It had just snowed and only part of the drive was shoveled. There was not access to salt or shovel to keep the entance safe for us. Overall it cast a shadow on our visit. We won't use it again.

The house is clean and nicely decorated. Our group of 6 had plenty of space to spread out and relax. The upstairs living room TV was a nice addition for us adults while the teens enjoyed the free weights and huge TV downstairs. We forgot to bring coffee so we were happy to find some provided, along with everything else you need for using the kitchen. Our only suggestion would be upgrading the pots and pans. Also, there were some pounding noises coming from the neighbors side just a little after check in and occasional dog barking but overall it was a comfortable stay. Location was very convenient close to everything we needed. Check-in was super easy with the access code. Host was helpful when I had some issues with booking. Would stay again and recommend for others to stay as well.
