Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Though this house looks small from the outside, it offers a lot of private space for a large crew. It is also accessible for those with special disability needs. We really enjoyed the game table as well!

Our group had a great time being close to the beach and all of the different restaurants and stores that Rehoboth has to offer. But it was still off the beaten path enough that it felt like a relaxing getaway. The rental group was very responsive when we had any questions and had some issues with our AC and helped us out a lot would recommend highly.

We recently stayed at this rental home in Rehoboth Beach and had a wonderful experience. One of the standout features of the property is how accommodating it is for guests who use a motorized scooter or wheelchair—something that really made our stay more comfortable and stress-free.The highlight of the home is the spacious, open-concept kitchen, which flows nicely into the downstairs living area and made it easy for everyone to gather and enjoy time together. The large bedroom on the second floor was perfect for the kids and gave them their own space to relax.While the décor could use a bit of a beach-themed refresh, it didn’t take away from our overall experience. We had a great time and would absolutely consider staying here again!

Loved our stay at 84 Kent! Group of 12 adults - was a perfect fit for our crew. The house doesn’t look like much from the outside but it’s deceivingly deep! Variety of rooms - each connected directly to a bathroom (yes, you heard that right). Kitchen was ample for multiple meals, just note that the supplies are on the lighter side (we donated two new sheet pans :)). Outside the house, everything is walkable - restaurants, beach, you name it. Love a vacation that doesn’t involve getting in a car. All in all, would happily be back, thanks for having us!!

This is a very spacious property in a great location. The pictures don’t do it justice! Every bedroom has access to a bathroom which is fantastic. If you have small children this is a great location right by a wonderful park. Hosts were great in communication before and during the stay.

Newly renovated, spacious house - easy walking distance to beach and downtown Rehoboth. Located on a quiet, tree-lined street, you could have a nice time just strolling and admiring the quaint architecture and everyone’s beautiful garden, but it is also a short walk to beautiful beaches, great dining and fun shopping. Nice house for a family consisting mainly of adults, ie, not a ton of bunk beds. Great open kitchen and family room for fun time together but also space to get away for alone time. No yard to speak of, but a decent grill for outdoor cooking. Plenty of on street parking if you buy the pass - (2 are included with rental) Rehoboth is a great, clean, family friendly town with friendly people snd lots of great dining options.Great State parks nearby also.
