Welcome to Wanderlust Pines! This beautiful modern Farmhouse design is located in the Heart of Coeur d'Alene!!! Less than a 1/4 of a mile to Midtown and less than a mile to Downtown. It is the perfect accommodation for large families, business travelers, large groups and couples! Nestled amongst majestic pine trees and overlooking a historic cemetery. Just minutes from this beautiful area you will find Lake Coeur d'Alene and all that it has to offer. There are many beautiful walking and hiking trails, parks and lake beach areas to swim and boat, taking in local art, dining at delicious local restaurants, or fishing our lakes and rivers. The Space

Your health and safety is of the utmost importance to us as our guests. We take extra precautions in cleaning and sanitizing our home. One of the largest downtown homes available, you will not feel cramped here! The home features dual washer and dryers.

LIVING AREAS

There are 3 living rooms, 2 of which have smart tv's with Roku remotes so you can stream all of your favorite apps. There is also a game room in the finished basement with a foosball table, board games, puzzle and cards.

KITCHEN & DINING

Beautiful Quartz countertops and Bosch stainless steel appliances along with a wine fridge with a well equipped chef's kitchen. You will be very pleased with all of the amenities provided. Dining area includes 10 seats at the 108 dining table and 5 seats at the large kitchen island.

BED & BATH

This gorgeous home has 6 spacious bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. 5 of the bedrooms have king beds and 1 bedroom has 2 queen beds. A king air mattress is available upon request.Both master bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms. The 1st floor master, includes a tv, has a large beautiful bathroom with separate tub, shower and toilet. All of the bedrooms have large closets with shelves and hangers. Also provided is a luggage rack in each bedroom.

OUTDOOR SITTING AND PATIO AREAS

There is ample outdoor seating. There is a sitting area in the front of the home and an upstairs balcony. You will find a large outdoor back patio with ample seating and a dining area to include 14 chairs. You will have access to a fire pit/table and a bbq grill. One tank of propane will be provided for fire table. The bbq grill is connected to natural gas. If you should need extra propane there are several locations near by that can provide it. During the inclement cold weather months, the outdoor dining and seating areas will not be available.

NOTES

At time of booking, you will be required to read and sign a short-term rental agreement, provide a security deposit hold and provide a copy of a government issued id of the booking guest. Once check out is complete, no damage and no missing items are confirmed, and it appears all house rules and check out procedures have been adhered to, your security deposit hold will be released. Please note that this may take up to 7 business days. You may use anything in the home, but please place all items back. An inventory of all items in the home is taken at check in and check out, please do not take any items home with you that you did not arrive with.

Due to same day arrival and departures, regretfully, we are unable to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests. We ask that you do not interrupt the cleaning crew as this will only delay your check-in. The cleaning crew is not authorized to allow anyone access to the property. Should you arrive to town early, there is plenty to do and see! Request to see our digital guidebook for ideas.

During the winter months, it is advisable to drive a 4 wheel drive or AWD vehicle. These months will bring snow, rain and ice and you need to be prepared. Because of this, there will be NO parking in the driveway allowed as it is steep. There is plenty of free street parking. Please only do not park in front of my neighbors homes. Also the steps to access the home will have ice and be slippery, so be careful.

Bugs and critters are plentiful in Coeur d'Alene due to its topography. We have many trees, so please keep doors and windows closed when not in use. We have a regular pest control service and do everything to keep the critters and bugs out but they do sometimes get in. If you see any inside, please remove it and let us know.

Note the home will be decorated during Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday seasons.

HOUSE RULES

1. No pets of any kind.

2. This home is not considered childproof. If you are bringing children under the age of 18, we require that they are not left unattended by an adult at any time on the premises. There are 2 staircases in the home so much care needs to be given while in the home.

3. The property is surveilled. Any tampering with/moving/redirecting/covering/disconnecting WiFi or devices or outdoor cameras or doorbells will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and you will be required to leave and vacate the premises immediately. Please understand that we do not sit and watch the cameras, but this is our home and investment, and we have these measures in place to protect our home and us. The motion alarm in the home will be disabled while guests are staying, however the video surveillance on the outdoor areas is on 24/7. There are no cameras on the inside the home. There are a few closets in the home that are locked and not available for guests use as they are storage areas. Do not attempt to break in or unlock these doors. Please note by booking this property you waive your option to disable surveillance. Any issues with the WiFi/internet contact the owner to reset. WiFi is not guaranteed. Outages may occur and the owner can do nothing if Spectrum internet/WiFi is unavailable.

4. No smoking of any kind on the premises.

5. Guests staying longer than 1 week can request housekeeping services at an additional cost to provide clean linens and towels and clean living areas. Please contact the host for information on additional cost if housekeeping services are wanted.

6. Parties are not allowed as this home is in a quiet neighborhood. Outdoor quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect the neighbors. No confetti is allowed on the premises. If confetti is found on the premises, the owner will assign an additional cleaning fee to the guest determinant on how long it takes to remove the confetti from the premises.

7. For insurance and safety purposes, all guests must be listed and accounted for on your reservation/itinerary. No more than 14 guests may stay at any time.

8. It is strongly recommended that you purchase travel insurance when booking our home. Sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise, weather, illness, emergencies etc, which could cause you to need to cancel your trip or end it prematurely. If you choose not to obtain travel insurance, please know that we will abide by our cancellation policy and no refunds will be provided should you decline to protect your travel. If you book this unit, that action constitutes agreement with this policy.

    The kitchen was immaculate and so well stocked with dishware, cookware, serving pieces and spices. We couldn't have asked for more. The master bedroom/bath was huge and we had lovely bedrooms for the other ten adults. We enjoyed the covered back patio with gas fire pit party lights and flexible seating. Our party of eleven fit easily around the dining table. The host/owner provided helpful recommendations about dining, hiking and other activities in the area. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

    Absolutely perfection! This home is well appointed with beautiful upgrades and decor throughout. Six of us moms stayed for a girls trip to CDA and we each had our own private bedroom. Each of the three floors has a comfortable living area and the kitchen is big with massive counter top and well stocked with everything needed to cook. Highly recommend!

    Our trip was amazing thanks to Lisa's attentions to detail through the entire stay. We were checked in on to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was well stocked for our cooking needs as well as odds and ends everywhere else! Chargers on every nightstand, soaps in the bathrooms and showers, etc! Everyone on our trip made a comment about the house and how nice it was for such a large group. The posting is not kidding when it says immaculate- we were all very happy with the cleanliness of the home. The proximity to downtown CDA was great!     This house was incredible! We were a group of 14 (3 families plus grandma and grandpa), with kids ages 1 -9. The house fit everyone's needs. We had so much space and with essentially 4 master bedrooms, everyone felt like they got the best room. The location was A+ and the host was above and beyond on every front. We cannot recommend this house enough and will certainly be back!

    This home was amazing. The house was so well stocked with any necessities you could think of. The kitchen was to best stocked of any property I’ve stayed at. Location is perfect the host is awesome and so quick to respond. If we come back to this location we’ll definitely stay here. If I could give 20 stars out of 10 I would.     The home was exactly as described and even more comfortable than we expected. It was clean and very well supplied. We had every amenity that we could have asked for. The street is a main thoroughfare, but the house was very quiet inside. The front porch was a beautiful place to sit and talk, but if we wanted a more quiet spot, the back patio was very comfortable with plenty of furniture and patio lights. The home was very close to downtown, and there was a picturesque and historic cemetery across the street where we enjoyed daily walks. There is even a self guided tour available at the cemetery, and the QR code is in the information in the guestbook, with many other great recommendations provided by the owners. There was great communication from the owners before and after our stay. We did not have any problems that required their help while we stayed there, but we have no doubt that they would have been addressed quickly if needed. We will definitely stay there again!

    13 of us traveled in from the east coast. House was ready for us and did not disappoint. Great kitchen, back patio came in very handy, great location for morning walks and easy access to town. Owners checked in with us often to ensure everything was good. Highly recommend if you have a large group.

    The property description is arguably underselling how wonderful this home is and the communication while staying there from Lisa. She is considerate, the house is beautiful and considers all the little things that you aren't sure would be there - it is all there. Everything you can need or want to feel comfortable, like you are at home but taken up a notch. We stayed here with extended family and had the best week of our lives (we were in town for a wedding). If you are hesitant, don't be, it has been the best experience I have had with a short term rental. My sister and I own a short term rental in Arizona and we were inspired by how thorough yet straightforward this stay was. Thank you, thank you, thank you Lisa!

    First time extended family vacation in CDA. The home looks exactly like the pictures and working with Lisa, our host, was incredibly smooth. The home has every amenity you could consider for your stay. When we arrived there was music playing, morning treats and a lovely note from Lisa. The outdoor area became the family hangout spot as the weather was perfect. This space is so comfortable and we enjoyed many meals and grilling while playing cards and catching up. If your group is competitive, you will enjoy the foosball table with a lot cheering! An easy walk to the downtown area and the CDA lake and beach is a nice way to start your day. Lisa was kind enough to share recommendations on activities and local eateries. Thank you for checking in to ensure our stay was going well and offering your support if needed. I could go on and on but what’s important is the spacious surroundings will make your next vacation in this home a beautiful memory. This home and the experience don’t disappoint!

    We enjoyed this beautiful home and appreciated the amazing hospitality from our host. The kitchen is well equipped for any culinary adventure or simply making coffee and breakfast. The rooms are spacious and situated in a way that everyone can have some quiet space. Double washer and dryer available to handle your laundry during a long stay. We would certainly stay here again.
