The biggest issue is that it's listed as an entire home. It is not it's a duplex with a loud upstairs neighbor.

Great space and location. All the amenities you need. Host is easy to work with and quick to respond.

Love the decor, very clean! Comfy & cozy. Would stay again! Parking on the street was easy. Loved the fenced in yard! Excellent communication from owner who responds immediately. Much appreciated! The kitchen floor is in poor condition and needs to be replaced. Adding a cordless vacuum would be ideal. Overall good experience!

We rented the house because it was a lower cost option for attending a week long conference downtown. The property was perfect for our group of 4 women. Parking was readily available, we had quick access to downtown, the place was immaculately clean and we had a great time. It was so nice to have gathering spaces where we could chat while still having the privacy of our own rooms. We always felt safe. Communication with the host was easy and prompt. Highly recommend this experience if you're going to the Twin Cities.

The lodging was excellent. You may want clean underneath couches and other items next to walls, e.g., living room.

Comfortable, spacious, clean, great location. A perfect location within walking distance from my brother's house, coffee shops, breweries, restaurants. A short drive to a grocery store. The place was clean with two full bathrooms. Two living rooms with large TVs. Nice outdoor space. Easy street parking. Very responsive host. Loved our stay.

House was as pictured and had plenty of space for our needs. Parking was on the street but was not an issue. Great coffee shop just a couple block walk away!

Beautiful home, very clean and modern, spacious, close to lots of attractions. Communication was great and was able to check in early. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay in this Northeast Minneapolis house. It was clean and spacious. Thank you for making us comfortable as we visited family in the area.

Reached out to Sergio a few months prior to our stay. Spoke with him on the phone and he answered any questions that I had about the property. Upon arriving, the location was very easy to find. Three bedrooms, two baths, two living areas and a kitchen dinette plenty of room for three of us, you could easily fit a much larger family to spend the week. We had a competition at the Minneapolis convention Center, literally 12 minutes drive. Grocery stores and restaurants within just a few minutes. . Plenty of parking on the street in front of the house , and nestled in a quiet neighborhood.

Great for families because there is plenty of space to spread out. Basement stayed cool on the hot summer days during our visit! Walking distance to NE breweries and parks.
