This suburb of Rovinj is located very close to the city. The house is located just a short distance from a road. The rooms are on the ground floor and on the first floor, the connection takes place via external stairs. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, living room and two bedrooms, while three bedrooms, a bathroom and a children's playroom are available on the first floor. Your precious vacation time to spend also preferred in the refreshing pool, while the rest of the family prepared a delicious meal that can be served outside.

Marin is a first class host and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay at the Villa which is well appointed and comfortable with plenty of accommodation space. I have to mention the noise though - there were roadworks going on throughout our stay, and although it didn't spoil our holiday it was a constant irritation. The 3 bathrooms and two separate toilets were very handy for a large group. The outdoor space is great with a small but clean pool and outdoor covered seating for meals, which was good as we had some rain. WiFi is available, not particularly fast but usable for web browsing and email. As an English speaking group we didn't find many English channels on the TV, but Marin provided a DVD player. The villa is only a 5-10 minute drive from Rovinj, but there is no real public transport so you need a car. Plenty of supermarkets again only a very short drive away. I would recommend this property for a stay, but do be aware of the noise. Marin thought it may be finished by the time of our stay, but it certainly wasn't.
