Description

Our house is located in a beautiful and quiet part of Rovinj called Borik. There is a lot of green here, because behind our garden a green belt up to 200 m wide stretches along with the beach. The green belt with the beach are kilometers long and everyone can find a place just for himself

There are restaurants, bars and a children's playground on the beach.
On the ground floor of the house is the owner's apartment, which is available to guests 24 hours a day and speaks three foreignlanguages: Italian, English and German.

The beach is 200 meters away, the first restaurant, the retail trade and the bus stop are only 50 meters away.
