Spacious house across the street from Lake Winnipesaukee

This is a spacious and welcoming home. It was great for our mini reunion of siblings and spouses. Big open living area for all of us to hang out together and nice bedrooms so we each had privacy. It's a short walk to the state park beach so that's super convenient too.

3 bed, 2 bath for 5 adults was perfect! Appears that the house has been recently updated. Very clean. The host was super responsive to requests, such as turning off the back patio spotlights when we were using the outdoor fireplace. Convenient to Ellacoya Beach, 10 minute walk/3 minute drive. Highly recommend

Very nice property, close to by far the nicest public beach on all of Lake Winnipesaukee. Beautiful views of the lake. On a very quiet street with many pedestrians/cyclists which was nice to walk down. Host was an excellent communicator and brought extra toys and a wagon to the house when I told him we had small kids. House is technically part of a duplex but very much feels like an entire house and has a separate entrance.

Loved this space. There was plenty of room for the 6 adults and 1 child. We never felt like we were on top of eachother. It was very clean when we arrived. Jacob, the host, was extremely responsive with anything we needed and also checked in a few times to see if we needed anything. The 1BR rental mentioned appeared to be rented to a long term renter who was every respectful. I will definitely be saving this location to keep in mind for next year's anaul trip!

We had a wonderful vacation stay at this beautiful home! The location was so convenient and the home was so clean, well-kept, and comfortable. In addition to being so close to Ellacoya State Park and beach, we also enjoyed a concert at the nearby Banknorth Pavillion. Another plus was the proximity to Fay’s Boat Yard where we kept our boat for the week. The lake and this home did not disappoint. The owner is also wonderful and very attentive!

Would definitely stay at this home again. The house was clean and well stocked with everything you could need. The owner was helpful and communicative. Beautiful views of the lake and convenient to shopping!
