Stayed Oct 27, 2025Spencer was a fantastic host for a great property. This house is in a quiet, safe neighborhood, near downtown, UW Village, and Seattle Children's Hospital. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there was lots of space to hang out inside and outside. There were good walkable destinations, and most of Seattle was within a 10 minute drive. As I said, Spencer was a great host and communicated quickly with us when needed; we had to change our departure date, and he was totally accomodating! If I need to stay in this area again, I would definititey stay here!

Stayed Aug 23, 2025We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean and well appointed for a multi day stay. The location is excellent for families with a nearby park. The backyard was a nice space to enjoy in the evenings. The property manager was excellent to communicate with and timely in their responses. We will certainly be back!

Stayed Jul 19, 2025The home surpassed our expectations. The hosts were super responsive, the view was amazing, the home was fully equipped, plenty of amenities (the best being fast wi-fi and a hot tub), and the location was perfect. Our family enjoyed our time and we look forward to coming again!

Stayed Sep 5, 2024We had a great stay for a long weekend following an appointment at Children’s. The house is a close walk to the hospital and an enjoyable longer one to the stadium. The host had a nice travel crib for us to use. My mom stayed with us for a night and it was wonderful that 2 bedrooms and a bath are on the top floor and the other bedroom and bath is in a different part of the house. It felt like we had our own space.
