Spacious Home with Two Large Decks and Ocean View Great for Groups

We just completed a 3 night stay & property was perfect for our group of 12. Property has 2 patios with view of ocean, Short walk to beach access. 6 sleeping areas with comfortable mattresses & pillows Newer washer & dryer, 4 bathrooms, Nicely decorated in beach themes, 2 refrigerators in the main kitchen (1 older & 1 newer), 2 Living room spaces which was great for adults and kids to have separate hang out areas & large dining table. We did encounter some maintenance issues during our stay. 2 garage door codes provided but neither one worked. The garage door would only close sporadically from outside so we had to go back into the house to hit the door closer from the inside & then back up through the house to exit which was inconvenient. Kitchen water does not get hot under normal pressure. We finally discovered that we could get hot water by turning it on full pressure. Dishwasher lower rack is missing some wheels and does not roll in and out. There was no dishwasher soap provided so we ended up just hand washing all the dishes. Thankfully there was a dish rack provided in the sink. Kitchen not cleaned well. Dish towels had hair on them as did kitchen floor. Toilet brush found under kitchen sink. Bath towels were only enough for 1 day so you need to wash towels daily. We did find some dirty towels in a cupboard when looking for extra blankets. 1 bedroom had cobwebs. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it is a nice property for large parties.

Awesome place great weeeken location Is close and very near beach access

The location was great, beach access is only a short walk away! There was a group of 6 of us there for a crafting weekend, which the house accommodated well. Like several other reviews, the kitchen layout is not conducive to big groups, but pretty well appointed in terms of enough pots and pans plates etc. it was really helpful to have the two refrigerators upstairs and one downstairs, although we didn't use the one downstairs. The furniture could definitely use a little updating, the couches were pretty saggy and worn out as were the swivel chairs, both in the upstairs living room and the downstairs living room. The beds were pretty comfortable, but the pillows could 100% be changed out and updated they were pretty bad/work out. We would definitely stay there again, would just be bringing a few more items to make our stay a little more comfortable.

It is a large family friendly property. We liked the number of bathrooms in relation to the bedrooms as well as the view.

Great house on the Oregon Coast. Perfect for a family vacation with 6 adults and 5 kids. Lots of room up stairs and down. Would definitely rent this house again.

Everything was smooth. House was very clean. Kitchen had plenty of supplies for everyone. Only complaint is the king bed on the second floor sags quite a bit and was uncomfortable. All other beds were great. Location is awesome.

We had a great time with family and the many bedrooms and different sleeping situations worked well for our group. Plenty of dishes and kitchen stuff too.

Had a family reunion. Several of us stayed there at the Vacasa house. The ocean view from the living room and family room was incredible! Everything was clean! Thank you!

Perfect place for 5 buddies to have fun!

Overall, very pleased with our stay. Great large house with space to spread out, beautiful location. Cleanliness could have been better, and I only put 4 starts because some of the basics (like knives) were completely falling apart and unusable. We’ve stayed here before, and they have made a few updates to appliances which was nice to see. Overall, would recommend and would stay here again!

Great home for a family vacation.

It was beautiful

The house was fine. A bit in the older side with some odd layout choices. The house was generally clean, but maintenance was lacking. A broken shower drain, a couple loose ceiling fixtures, and a poorly refinished bath tub. Otherwise, the house served our needs well.

We enjoyed our stay however we communicated with property manager several times regarding issues with the gas fireplaces and one of the tvs. While they were quick to acknowledge my requests there was no follow up on how to use the main living room tv. Also both gas fireplaces were inoperable and we were unable to use them during our stay. There was no book with guidance on how to use the gas fireplaces or the tvs in the house. They responded that someone would reach out and asked for contact and phone number which I provided. There was no further contact on the issues. I asked a second time but no one contacted me. Overall it was a decent place. Lots of bedrooms and baths. The kitchen is an awkward layout and narrow, but we made it work.

Great weekend with friends

There were 10 of us. The six bedrooms and living rooms made the house feel large. Beach access and stores are nearby, made it convenient for all of us.

Overall this property was as shown, spacious and it worked well for us. It did feel a little “worn” and could use a good, deep cleaning and maybe some updates. Neither fireplace worked and area rugs could use a cleaning or replacement. But it served its purpose for our family gathering and we had a great time.
