Spacious home with private heated pool with waterfall, putting green & firepit

There were a few stains on the carpet and miss guided information about the heated pool, did not expect to pay extra for the heated pool if was advertised

The house was clean and neat, There was not much information regarding the use of the 4 different remotes for the tv, There were so many light switches that were not marked, so we were unable to determine what they were for, The fact that it took us 6 different phone calls to Vacasa, being put on hold or even disconnected on occasion to actually reach someone to get into the property was more than frustrating. All of the house codes that were given were to us by Vacasa were incorrect until we were put in contact with the property manager. The pool was supposed to be uncovered and ready for use, which it wasn't but the house manager did rectify that situation. The overall location was great, convenient to various restaurants and stores. We have never had this may issues with VRBO, but with Vacasa it was not a pleasant experience,

House is just OK. Bare minimum. Nothing extra anywhere. One TV for the entire house and no access to any channels. Creepy old beds. No dressers in any rooms. Old furniture. Host changed management companies 3 days before our stay. I contacted them at least 3 times before our stay to make sure we would have a smooth check in. No one ever returned my call. The night before we left I called again and was given a code to get in. After 8 hrs of travel we arrived at the house to find the code didn’t work. Took us over 30 minutes of standing at the door to reach the management company. Finally gained access. Outdoor area very nice

Perfect stay and as expected, had everything we needed.

Kitchen had all tools and utensils. We really enjoyed the kitchen table with lazy susan in middle--- great for boardgames. Very clean, nice big rooms. Pay extra for heated pool because it was very cold.

We were not impressed as we are house hopping due to our house not closing and we needed to get out of one property to come to this one and we did not have leniency to move in.

Our stay was very good. Everything about the house was great. It took sometime to figure out a few things. The TV system in ROKU and for those of us who have never used this company it is a daunting task to figure out what to and how to watch on it.

Good location in a quiet neighborhood with all the amenities closely located. We have stayed here 2 years in a row.

My husband and I rented this house for a weekend. It was perfect for us. We had the pool heated, which was nice. House in a nice neighborhood.

Upon arriving at the house, we noticed that the pool had a green slime and fungus at the bottomThe pool vacuum had stopped working, and we notified Vacasa the property manager of the situationWithin a few hours the Vacassa team had called a pool cleaner company to come clean the green stuff out of the pool and make sure our vacation was enjoyable The house was very nice and convenient to the Phoenix area.Our family vacation was very much enjoyable and we would stay at this location again.

The house was clean and spacious. Great location! Check-in was impossible. The code did not work and we had to call Vacasa. Front door still did not work and we were directed to a lock box with a key. Thank heavens there was a garage remote as we were never able to enter the front door.

Great house ! Very nicely stocked to enjoy stay. Fun outdoors area for relaxation

My children absolutely loved the outdoor pool and mini golf course. We were able to cook and enjoy a nice comfortable, relaxing stay. Thank you.
