Spacious home with pool & balcony - 1 block from Duval Street

Great spot close to everything in down town Key West! Came with sisters and cousins and had a great time.

The pool was unkept. The rooms and house were clean. There were not any minimal condiments up to and including salt & pepper. I have never stayed at a place where basic condiments were not provided.The managers did not reply to our request to check in early around 2pm. We were at the Alamo across the street and checked often to see if there was anyone cleaning the house that would cause for this. There was not. The 10am check out is silly. Do not stay here if you want to sleep prior to Midnight. The band is practically in the back yard.

We visit KW every February and this was a great location, pool was perfect and the house was roomy, clean, and comfortable. Like everyone mentioned the noise level of music was a little bother, but the noises that go on through the night sometimes were more bothersome. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Pool was great. Floors were quite dry. Turned our feet black, the host was kind enough to offer to have a cleaning person come in and address that. We declined to avoid the disruption, but wanted them to be aware for the next renters.

Great location and room to hang out.

House is good but definitely a noisy spot. If you want any type of quiet sleep, not for you. But if you want a great location and a nice spacious place with a private pool, it’s great.

Broken tiles on the floors

We loved this place! Hanks is next door so we had live music til midnight every night which is one of the things we loved. House was very clean and enjoyed sitting by the pool.

The location was great for what we wanted to do. We had no wifi the entire weekend which made it very difficult to plan our vacation. We called and texted multiple times with no resolution. This was frustrating. The pool was dirty but cleaned same day. Not enough toilet paper. Fans and air conditioner very old and noisy. A mirror fell off the bathroom wall and smashed our bathroom items. Vacasa texted often but were of no use. Overall disappointed for the cost of this vrbo. Doubt we will book again here or with vrbo.

Home was perfect for adult family of 5, both condition and location. I’ve been to Key West before and knew what to expect being so close to everything. Near all activities we wanted including bars, restaurants, fishing charters, etc. We highly recommend this home and would stay here again for our next visit

Great location! Close to all the activities.

Location and pool were great! No washer/Dryer, no ice maker, shared bathroom was very small and beds were saggy.

The place was exactly like shown on the app. It was clean and very spacious. For future reference it should state that the entrance is the side door and not the front. Highly recommend.

If location is high on your list I would recommend this property. Although it is older ( I believe built in the 1930’s) it has great charm and is close to everywhere you want to be. We walked everywhere and were so close to Duvall street we were able to enjoy all it had to offer. The pool is heated which is great for December.
