Stayed Jan 17, 2025Main floor was just as described except dishwasher didn’t work. Bottom floor had an animal smell & dried pet urine close to dresser. Owner did ask for vendor to come check it out but we had already cleaned it up. Neighborhood Walmart was a bit sketchy at night.

Stayed Jul 14, 2022Four father/son pairs enjoyed this property during a five day stay in the Charlotte area. The location is great with close proximity to the airport, downtown food & attractions, and freeways. The check-in process was simple, and hosts very responsive throughout our stay. The upstairs and downstairs living areas provided room for adults and teens to enjoy their own space after long days at the ballpark. Overall, a positive experience during our Charlotte stay.
