Spacious home with lots of amenities

Loma Bella was absolutely beautiful. One of the main reasons we choose this property was because of the pool. Unfortunately, we didn’t enjoy the pool too much because of the rain.

Great location and privacy.

We were very comfortable during our stay. The house had all the essentials.

Host was quick to answer any question I had. The home was clean upon arrival. Rented bed linens were placed on top of the beds. No problems or issues.

We absolutely loved our stay at this home! It was spacious and perfectly accommodated our four families. The layout of the house was very well thought out, making it easy for everyone to have their own space while still feeling connected.The outdoor restroom was a great bonus—super convenient and helped keep things easy with a big group. We really enjoyed all the outdoor amenities, especially the pool, volleyball and basketball areas, and the cozy fire pit that kept everyone entertained throughout our stay.The location was also perfect—being close to Garner was a huge plus. The neighborhood was beautiful, quiet, and felt very safe. Overall, it was the ideal place for our family getaway, and we’d definitely stay here again!

The house was immaculate! Super clean, very spacious. The pool was super clean and really big! The location was perfect in comparison to the river and still felt secluded. 10/10

The pool was wonderful! The house was beautiful and was just perfect for us. We also enjoyed the outside fire place in the evenings. Lots of memories made.

It was a great house, beautiful scenery, and the pool was delightful! Easy access to the river for floating or just relaxing (highly recommended the Gravel Bar)! We also checked out Hippie Chic’s which is a must visit for live music, great food and drinks, and a family friendly atmosphere. We stayed after the busy season was over so a lot of places weren’t open or had limited hours so that was a little disappointing. But other than that it was nice to not have to deal with crowds. We hope to return for another family trip soon!

We loved this house! It was clean and exactly as described. The host extremely helpful and responsive. We stay in Concan every year and this house is definitely one of our favs!

Great experience!

We had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Loma Bella. The downstairs A/C quit working. I called at 11:00 at night and they had someone there within 30 minutes and they fixed it. They were very responsive and we really appreciated it. The pool was great and the kids loved it.

The point of renting a house to stay in for vacation, is so you don’t have to haul linens and cleaning things as if you’re camping. We did rent sheets that were put on the beds sideways and not tucked in. We wished we had brought our own towels because the bath towels were pretty bad. We had to search Concan for washcloths and kitchen sponge to buy, along with paper towels, toilet paper and a deck of cards and dominoes (because it rained our whole stay). The ice maker in the freezer was disconnected, so no ice. What looks like a hot tub in photos, is not a hot tub. We never found the half bath described in house details. Between the house, the bad weather and not enough water to tube the river, that’s why we were pretty disappointed.

The property was amazing. Great location, beautiful home and scenery. The house was exactly as advertised and then some. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.

The house and pool area was great to enjoy with a large family outing.

We had a group of 17 people and had plenty of room. The outdoor fire pit and pool was enjoyed by all. The house and owners were great!

Overall the whole property was awesome. Perfect location and the river access parking was very helpful. We were able to unload at the river and it was a very short walk to the parking area for the river access. The pool was a perfect size for my family and we really enjoyed it especially after a long day at the river. All of the beds were very comfortable and the size of the house was perfect and very comfortable. My only suggestion is the house definitely needs a new coffee pot. The one in the house didn’t work well. But again overall the house was perfect, very clean and I would definitely stay there again!

Having extended family down for a weekend vacation at this amazingly beautiful place was perfect. The house was so nice and the property was big so the kids could run and swim. The river access was great and the whole experience was wonderful. Will definitely recommend and rent again in the future

The house provided many activities so there never was much down time when we were just straight up bored. Not only is the house beautiful and up to date but the location is perfect and only max 7 minutes away from every activity we did in town. The host office was also extremely helpful. I would recommend staying at this house to anybody looking for a Frio home. I know we will for sure be staying again
