This is a 5-star property, with a 5-star experience. We experienced a KC snowstorm during our stay and the property host provided on-demand service and went above and beyond by offering to let us park in the garage. The amenities and overall care from the host (Lucas) from the moment we booked our trip to our departure, will definitely bring us back to this property!

This house was wonderful. It's in a great location, near the freeway to get to places fast and also near many grocery stores, pharmacies and casual restaurants. The neighborhood where the house is located is quiet and calm with plenty of parking in the driveway. The house is well stocked with everything you could need, in fact, it might be one of the most stocked rental kitchens I have been in. The hosts were communicative and prompt to respond to questions and requests. This place felt very comfortable and inviting with lots of space for dinners at home or a movie night. We don't have children, but it seemed to have many safety things for kids - gates, plug covers, cabinet locks, all available for use - in fact, maybe I should've used one to slow down my access to our Christmas treats :). The hosts also asked if we would like a Christmas tree to be put up, which was very thoughtful and when we arrived it felt very festive to have a tree. It was winter so we didn't use the patio, but it looked like it would be great for a summer night around a fire pit with some wine or smores. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean and stress-free stay in Independence.

We were in town for a Chiefs game and stayed here during our visit. It worked out perfectly! The house was very nice and in the perfect location. It was about a 20 minute drive or less to everywhere we wanted to go. The house had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, everything was very clean, and the home was very inviting. Our kids loved the card games and the big backyard. This home is located on a circle drove, so there was no traffic, and wad nice and quiet. Lucas, the host, was very friendly and helpful. He really made sure we enjoyed our stay. He even had a Christmas tree put up for our holiday visit. We will definitely be looking this place up for future visits to KC. We couldnt have been happier with our choice!

This property was PERFECT for our quick family of 8 weekend to KC for the Chiefs game. The main living area was comfortable for all of us to gather and the kitchen had nice pots and pans, cups, plates, etc. Often when we stay at places the kitchen equipment is old and lacking, not here. The beds were comfy and the bath towels plush. The bathrooms also provided plenty of basic products which was nice in case you forgot your own. We did not use the firepit or backyard much but perfect for space for gathering as well. The host, Lucas, was easy to work with and available immediately when we had an issue with the door lock. Even forgot our car key there and Lucas was quick it getting it mailed to us. Highly recommend this place.

Great centrally located. Clean and everything needed for our 3 night stay. Good communication, wifi and suggested spots. Looking forward and hope they are open for our yearly CHIRFS game.

Booked this property for a birthday celebration with friends. The posting and pictures were very accurate of the actual property. The open layout worked perfectly for our group of 7. Wonderful back patio and the weather was perfect so we could actually use it. Most of our activities were actually in KC but we were still within 10-20 minutes of everything. There was also plenty of places to see and convenience things like stores, gas stations etc nearby if needed.

Great experience, from start to finish. Very accommodating for our family of 6 and we didn't feel cramped. The host was extremely responsive; any questions that arose received immediate answers. Highly recommend and will stay again in the future.

We loved the open floor plan and the fenced in back yard for our kids! It was in close proximity to the sports complex, which was beneficial when we went to two Royals games. Thank you so much for a great stay!

This is our fist time with Verbo and we really enjoyed our time here. The facility was great, super clean indoor and outdoor, in a very quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. Loved the open concept, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, pots of various sizes with a good supply of silverware. The shower water pressure was great. The house seemed like it was newly renovated with all modern appliances. We really enjoyed our family time in this place, thank you for allowing us to make your house our home away from home, we will definitely stay here again, this is a great place, we had no issues throughout our stay

This place was just perfect for us. Our group was a one year old, parents, and grandparents. It was clean, comfortable, easy access for getting around everywhere, and very responsive owner. We would choose to stay here again.

Property was great! We stayed in a different property last year and was very disappointed. However, this property was excellent! We will be making the trip again next year on the same weekend and we plan on reserving it again. Home conveniently located to major interstates and access to many venues. Kitchen well equipped and beds were very comfortable. Nice place to retreat from the city as well

Clean property and nicely equipped kitchen. We were able to make and enjoy a small Thanksgiving dinner while hitting some sporting events. Central to Black Friday shopping. Cons: backyard was kinda in shambles, backed full of branches.

We needed a place to stay for a family funeral and this house was perfect for us. The owners were very responsive and the house was very well equipped and very clean!

We had a fun and busy week visiting and touring the Kansas City area recently. This home away from home is in a quiet residential neighborhood and was convenient and centrally located to all the things we wanted to see. The kitchen was well equipped (loved the stove!) and the beds were very comfy. Checking in and checking out was soooo easy, and the owner responded quickly to any inquiries. A very enjoyable stay.

House was clean and in a food neighborhood. A/C issue first night (compressor motor went out) but owner showed up at 7am and got it fixed. Refunded that nights stay for the inconvenience to us. Very Classy act!!
