Stayed Mar 25, 2022We stayed here on a family vacation to Zion's National Park. We also went to Snow Canyon. This location was ideal. The house had everything we needed and we enjoyed the foosball and table tennis games in the garage. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Sep 15, 2025Highly recommed this property. It is 20 minutes to Zion NP and in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. It was much bigger than the photos showed and offer two full kitchens. We were very impressed.

Stayed Aug 27, 2025Great location and views! The beds were comfy. The kitchens had every tool you would ever need to cook! River Rock Roasting was around the corner for coffee and pizza and the Zion Hot Springs across from there … AMAZING!

Stayed Jun 7, 2025This place is perfect! The beds, pillows and sheets were extremely comfortable. It was also very spacious and clean. Although we did not use the splashpad or hot tub, we all enjoyed the outdoor spaces. The house was just as pictured and described. The only slight negative was that being in the bedroom downstairs with the bathroom suite, I could hear every step taken above me in the kitchen, but it wasn't really a problem because I wake early anyway.

Big kitchens, huge dining room, comfortable living spaces, multiple laundry areas were all appreciated. But the outdoor area with beautiful views, pergola and hot tub wete a special treat

Stayed May 21, 2025After spending part of the week in Vegas we spent time in La Verkin. Our stay in La Verkin was perfect. We went to Zion and rode UTVs around the desert at Mad Moose. The accommodations were great. The house was perfect. The view was amazing. The owners were easy to work with and very helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Stayed Mar 13, 2025Property was a great location, we golfed a couple of courses nearby, it was nice to be away from the craziness of St.George. House was comfortable and fit our group size with plenty of bathrooms and space. We didn’t use the hot tub, but the yard was beautiful and view was amazing.

Stayed Sep 9, 2024We had the best time. House was perfect and the amenities were great I would recommend this house to anyone wanting to enjoy the Zion area. So much to do. The only thing we noticed was that it was dusty in side the home. The bedroom furniture and the wooden section under the railing of the steps was really dusty. That said it didn’t affect the stay! It was great!!!

Stayed May 31, 2024This property was clean and well maintained. Details of the home and neighborhood were very helpful and appreciated. Location was close to Zion and convenient to the locations we planned to go. Both adults and children loved the property and its amenities. Our only complaint was that either tv in the upper (main) level living room and upper level front bedroom were not working correctly.
