Spacious home with great outdoor space & heated pool

Great house!!! Host was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed. Will book again for sure.

The house inside was great the outside definitely needed to be cleaned up and the pool fountain and pool didn't run for 6 of the 8 days we were there we could use it but there was no pump running and no circulation in the pool the outside furniture definitely could use some tlc

Helpful to have:A small notebook with directions for a few items:Light switches in various rooms required some trial and error - they may be smart switches?How to turn on/off fountain in pool and electric panel guide for spa use.Couldn't make child gate fit stairs.Overall, lovely quiet place to relax. Wonderful place and exactly as advertised. The pool was perfect for relaxing and had great shade and space. We had our fill of oranges from the backyard orange tree while also utilizing the grill for several evenings of dinner by the pool. The kitchen is the most equipped we've ever seen, ideal for our family chef to prepare great meals with Costco and Trader Joe's conveniently nearby. Will stay here again in the future and highly recommend!

Mayo was just minutes away and my daughter-in-law had two appointments while we stayed.The home is beautiful with large rooms. The kitchen is large allowing a couple of cooks working at the same time. There are a couple of family areas so activities are spread out. Beds were very comfortable and bedrooms were large as well. All of us enjoyed the pool.I started each morning with a fresh orange from varone of two orange trees in the back yard. The grill was a large 6 burner grill which we used for several home cooked meals. For meals out there was a nice verity to choose from.Ina is a great host and communicated in a timely manner.

Lovely home. Location was perfect, very close to everything we needed. Our, Ina, host provided a well stocked home. There was a very pretty backyard with comfortable seating, a large grill and a heated pool. The inside was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed walking the nice neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was great. Everything we needed and then some, a swim in the pool daily, a great neighborhood for daily walks, groceries within walking distance, easy access to everything. And Ina was amazing! So helpful and responses were so prompt. if I could give this homie 6 stars I would.

House, backyard and pool were excellent. Ina (property manager) was friendly and very responsive. She provided great suggestions for dinners out. We went to all three and they were awesome.

We enjoyed the home and it’s amenities. Communication was exceptional with owner. Would definitely stay here again on future trips.

Great location, beautiful property, very comfortable!!

The house was clean and well-maintained, the beds were very comfortable (seemed like newer mattresses) and the location was very convenient for our needs. The kitchen was well appointed. And, we enjoyed using the home gym (quite a perk!) every day. There is a lot of shopping a short distance away (Sprouts, Whole Foods, Safeway, Natural Grocer) and a pharmacy around the corner. The pool was heated which we enjoyed when the evening temps were still cool. The property owners were responsive and helpful when we had questions. Since we were there for a longer stay, I did bring my own sheets and I'm glad I did as the house sheets were not 100% cotton which I prefer. The house is very spacious and comfortable and I would recommend it for anyone staying in the north Phoenix area.

Everything about the house was exactly as described in the listing if not better. It was perfect for our family for the week, including our toddler who had the best time in the back yard. We are looking forward to booking our next stay!

Ina was great with communication and accommodating with questions on the pool. We all had our own rooms with comfortable king beds. The outdoor space was great for relaxing and grilling. We’d look at staying here again.

We stayed in this home during spring training so we could catch a few games in the area. This home had plenty of room and was exactly what we wanted in a home rental. We are from the midwest so being able to sit outside next to the pool and look at the amazong fruit trees was a plus.Location was close to many resturants and grocery stores.Nice and quiet neighborhood. We would love to stay at this property again in the bear future.

There were a few hicups with the pool temp and alarm, but overall we had an amazing time and the owner was great with communicating and fixing things quickly. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed 5 nights during our granddaughter's spring break 2025. House was clean and looked recently remodeled. Heated pool was a big hit with our granddaughters. Convenient to shopping and dining. Only negative was the BBQ grill. It was too dirty to use. Glad I brought grilling sheets from home.

We loved the layout of the house - lots a room to spread out. Pool was refreshing! Location was ideal for getting to shopping, Spring Training games, and Grand Canyon.

We had a perfect stay in this home which is both very nicely appointed, but also comfy for families with kids. We had our pups along and the fenced yard was great. We spent a lot of time poolside, since the pool is heated. Our host Ina was very helpful with any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
