Spacious home with enclosed yard, pool, firepit, foosball table, fireplace, & AC

Very quiet neighborhood, the house was very beautiful, nice view, nice pool

It was awesome!! We made many family memories!!

We were so excited for our stay. We got to the house @ 10 pm. We were loading all our stuff into the house and 3 cockroaches crawled across the kitchen floor. We killed one of them, the other 2 went under the cabinets. We continued to see them throughout our stay. Very disgusting! The property management company brought us some cockroach traps on Saturday.

This listing does not disclose the enormous construction project taking place directly behind the property. Multiple heavy duty machines (earth movers, water trucks, dump trucks, etc. ) began work at sunrise until after 5pm each day. We experienced constant traffic, noise (including back up beeping), no privacy whatsoever. Most moms don’t want to put on a bathing suit and go sit in the middle of a construction sight (and I’m sure the equipment operators just doing their jobs did not enjoy annoyed stares from vacationers.). VRBO’s response was they don’t control construction noise. While that’s true, they do control whether or not they lease a property like this, and, at a minimum should disclose it to customers. VRBO’s customer service was disappointing. My guess is it has been outsourced. We received responses to our requests for help with very polite, broken English apologies, but no resolutions to the issues. We discovered the pool wasn’t heated, which we had prepaid. The pool and views were why we chose this rental. VRBO did respond, and over the course of the week, with multiple visits from repairmen, discovered the heater was broken and needed replacement. In the meantime, we had no pool for our stay. We asked early on to be moved to a different rental. They didn’t offer any help. They did return the fee we paid for pool heating, which is the minimum one would expect since the service wasn’t supplied. I will never trust this company again.

The home was lovely, well decorated, clean, and stocked with everything we needed. Rooms were spacious and we loved using the hot tub and enjoying the sun by the pool for a few hours. It was November, so we didn’t pay to heat the pool because we weren’t there during the day a lot (we had a weekend event a friends house a few blocks away). The check out list was simple and easy to follow. We would definitely stay here again!

We met friends from Germany and toured Zion along with many other activities around Hurricane and St George. House was ideal as we spent time making breakfast before heading out. Also spent time outdoors in pool and hottub. House was again ideal social gathering in evening.

We loved the spacious house with a well stocked kitchen, the bedrooms were perfect, and the pool and hot tub were amazing to cool off in the desert heat!!! Use of the 2-car garage was top notch!! We loved it so much!!!

This house is amazing for multiple families. Close to many activities including Zion and Sand Hollow. Having your own pool to relax in after activities is a huge plus when traveling with kids.

We stayed at this home during my son’s baseball tournament weekend. The home was clean, cozy and just what we were looking for in a home away from home. I wanted a more space than a hotel room and this home was spacious!! We enjoyed the pool in our downtime! We would definitely stay here again. We had all the amenities we needed
