We love the location of this property. The Madisonville City Park has so much to offer families. We will definitely be back! Waking up in the morning and looking at the lake is a real bonus!

Again, great in all respects

I booked the house in March for Memorial Day Weekend. Our wedding was held in Dawson Springs. Our adult kids stayed in the home and were very complimentary of the comfort from the living room, to the game room, and the spacious bedrooms. The home was very clean and the snacks were much appreciated upon their arrival. The house was great the host were great! Highly recommend this home!!

Was in town for a family wedding. The house had ample room for all of us, and very clean inside. Definitely exceeded expectations as far as things they provided. Kitchen fully stocked even with chips, candies, coffee etc. Ps your creamer is gone we used it all. One thing to keep in mind there is only one shower so plan accordingly. Also game room downstairs. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.

Came to Madisonville for the Beech Bash and the hotels were full. This house was perfect and in great shape very clean. Great setting overlooking the park and pond walked the trails both mornings.

House was nice, floors alittle dirty, Holiday deco was a nice plus. Downstairs had no handrail and was pretty dark and dingy. Had some beautiful treats awaiting our arrival. We are from the west coast and noticed the size of the back porch could become a fall hazard for anyone older.

Kathryn’s home was inviting from the moment we walked in! It is beautifully decorated & extremely clean. She was so great about communicating with us. Every detail was thought through! Having walking access to the part was a great bonus.

Our family really enjoyed the house. It was perfect to celebrate Thanksgiving with our family!

When I say that this host is amazing, that's an understatement. They go above and beyond for the guest, and they are so accommodating. Thank you for making our stay so easy and pleasant!
