Spacious home with an awesome backyard and RV parking.

The owners and property manager meticulously and thoughtfully thought of EVERYTHING when furnishing and providing the best amenities for this home. We appreciated all that was provided for us so much, we made sure to take off our shoes before we entered, covered the sofas with the soft and numerous blankets provided (we had 2 small dogs) and made sure to empty all the trash cans on a regular basis. That home is loved, so we loved it back and we give high praise to the owners and the property manager for going above and beyond for their incredible hospitality and kindness. My hope is that every family or group of friends that decide this is the vacation VRBO place for them, they take great care of the home so that others can enjoy all that is provided for a wonderful, fun and relaxing stay in Prescott, AZ. A !!!

Amazing location, clean. The only problem we had was the water temperature was inconsistent in the master shower.

This was a great place to stay. There was ample room for everyone. The home was very clean and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

We were in Prescott Valley for a wedding. We had 8 adults and two babies:) the house was amazing and so spacious. The backyard was great for the little ones. We had everything we needed very well equipped.

Very clean house that was well stocked. Lots of space to spread out. Lovely backyard area with easy access through the gates. Good neighborhood. We totally enjoyed our two weeks staying at this home.

This home is beautiful! Absolutely spotless and so well stocked with extremely nice items. Kitchen is amazing ! Perfect amount of very comfortable beds and bathrooms for our group of ten. Our two dogs were able to be with us as well. Very large safe space for them too ! WiFi was great, ample parking, exceeded our expectations!Maria is so gracious to share her home, so accommodating and replies quickly to texts. This is the second summer visit to this house in Prescott Valley. We’ve had great times as a family here. The house is big enough for everyone including our four grandchildren. There are so many great outdoor spaces with the deck, patio and backyard. We’ll be back again-hopefully next summer!

Lots of room and kept clean. loved the updates the owner did on the house. Loved seeing deer close by!

Enjoyed 5 weeks at this house and had everything we needed. Quiet location and within walking distance to a great walking path for our pup.

Had a wonderful stay here! Everything was clean, kitchen is fully stocked with every utensil you could need, bathrooms were fully stocked, they thought of just about everything. It was spacious and open floor plan. Plenty of space for my whole family. The views from the balcony were incredible! I would definitely stay here again.

Only used the property in the evenings for dinner and rest but it was perfect for that. Lots of space and able to give everyone their own privacy during a company stay in Prescott Valley. Well appointed and the host, Maria, was great at communicating quickly.

6 adults in town for a family wedding, there was more than enough room for us to spread out. The kitchen had absolutely every utensil you could need. The patio and porch were awesome !outside and relaxing

Home was clean and listed exactly as is. Back yard and deck were amazing. Full kitchen with everything you need. The large space is perfect for families. The downstairs had a separate living space which was amazing for children. Will stay here again.
