Spacious Home + Walk to SXSW - Kennedy!

No issues. House was clean and ready when we arrived.

The house was fantastic. The only thing that was unfortunate is the parking was not big enough for both of our large vehicles. Other than that, the kitchen was well provisioned, there was plenty of space. Everything else was actually better than we expected from the photos.We had an excelent stay, the owners were fantastic to deal with and we had no issues with the property or neighborhood.Walking distance to lots of local businesses and night life. A very short jaunt to down town.

We loved the walkability of this Vrbo — the location was truly great, and the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms worked really well for our group. The space itself was nice and felt roomy, which we appreciated.However, a few things took away from the overall experience. The business next door kept a bright light on all night, and it shone directly into the windows, which made it hard to sleep. Some of the linens also hadn’t been cleaned; one blanket had visible spaghetti sauce on it, even though we never cooked spaghetti or used those beds — we had just grabbed it as an extra. The couches were also a bit worn and starting to fall apart. Also, there was a half eaten pint of ice cream left in the freezer and the master bedroom bed was very squeaky when getting in and out.Overall, it’s a convenient and spacious place in a great area, but it definitely needs more attention to cleanliness and general upkeep.

If you need to use all 5 rooms and it’s summer time, then I would not stay here. The 5th room is in a converted garage, which is only accessed through the side of the house. There is only a ceiling fan and a small fan in the corner to keep the room cool. Not to mention the large step up to the bathroom (not recommended for older guests), the bathroom itself was very small, the shower was in the corner and the doors don’t close all the way while showering, so you need to put a towel down so you don’t slip when you get out. Other than that, the location was great and place fit our needs

cute, comfy, great location. thing like linens and mattress were good. Only thing missing was a measuring cup (we made biscuits). nice deck out back as a bonus.

Very nice and spacious home and good value for the nightly rate. A bit off the beaten path but I would recommend if you're with a group willing to travel.

We really enjoyed our weekend stay! The property managers were very communicative, and the house itself looked even better in person than it did in the photos. Even with a group of 10 we had a comfortable amount of space. The best aspect was definitely the location. Very walkable!

We rented the house for my daughter’s graduation. I wish I found the house 4 years ago. We would have stayed here every family weekend. Restaurants and stores were walking distance. It’s in a great area in Austin. Management company responded immediately to all questions. It is a well equipped kitchen with many dishes and glasses. I would suggest washing them before use. Not a property issue but past guests haven’t gotten them as clean as they should be. Would stay here again!
