Spacious Home w Private Pool, Hot Tub, Elevator + Beach Access!

This location is perfection, and the layout was perfect for our family of 10. Note that there are no beach towels which is very strange for a beach house and patio furniture is rusted and dirty but all in all the location and house are perfect.

Great location. We have stayed in this home twice before. Hot tub never worked while we were there and no heated pool. Management handled all communications and issues promptly. Except the pool and hot tub. Waiting on part.

Very Spacious, fit our family size perfectly! Great family beach location, quiet and private. Club house grill had good food and fantastic customer service. Gated community was well managed. Very pleased to have multiple refrigerators, helped to accommodate many family members different dietary needs. Also pleased to have two washers & dryers, helped with many family members beach towels and clothes. Everything was well labeled for lights and fans. We had great fun at night using the playing card table for family games. Large seating accommodations that fit our entire family for lounging and eating. Our only con, two rooms were mentioned not having comfortable beds. Overall, we will definitely rent this again!

Yea, this place was amazing. Really can’t beat the views or proximity to the beach (I mean… it’s on the beach). Place was super clean except for the utensils (which were oddly dirty), but we just cleaned them before use. The pool needed to be vacuumed out upon arrival - we reached out at 6pm and it was taken care of about 9am the following morning. Otherwise there were no issues. The pool and hot tub were great to have as an alternative to the 2 community pools. Those were nice to change up the vibe, but just to go hang out for an hour was great in your own backyard. Main living and dining areas were huge. Easily and comfortably fit our group of 15. Each night we all were relaxing on the third floor balcony, again comfortably fitting 15 of us. Only think missing that would be nice is beach towels, but I don’t think that’s standard for house rentals in this area. Really cannot say enough good things. If we ever have a large group traveling again, this is the place we will go. Daytona and St. Augustine are about 45-60 min away in each direction, which makes for nice half-day trips.

Plenty of rooms and things to do for the whole family. The house is very attractive, and the elevator helped greatly with grocery transport.

Plenty of space for our multi generational family to celebrate the holidays. Elevator was key as all views are on the top floor. Definitely recommend with great air conditioning and large kitchen. Overall responsive staff and nice clean bedrooms/bathroom. Some small upkeep to the property is needed by the pool fencing and sliding doors stick, likely due to the ocean air. We had a wonderful time!

Wonderful location! We loved the house and it accommodated all of our 14 guests and just can’t say enough about how great it was!!!! Cpl of notes: the remotes were wonky because of how many rooms (we think ppl moved them before us) We had to call to get them squared away due to roku but it was a quick response from the rental and honestly we didn’t come for the tvs hahah we came for the location/beach front and house….the pool light was not working but was fixed) Quiet exclusive neighborhood, minutes away from local bars, Publix, etc. Would book anytime we are back…loved it!!!!! The house was perfect for our big family of 11. We had plenty of space to be together as well as space to spread out. We had a few maintenance issues that were dealt with quickly. The beach is not crowded and is nice for evening strolls.

Our family loved staying in this house. We were able to spread out and everyone had space. The beach access as well as the pools allowed for perfect entertainment for our grandchildren. The house was very clean upon arrival, which we appreciated. The only thing it needs is some replenishing of kitchen equipment. Most of the cookware was unusable due to rust or peeling of inside coatings—we purchased a skillet, another lidded piece of cookware, a can opener, some tea towels to make do. But still, it was a wonderful stay and we would stay there again. Thank you!
