Spacious Home W/ Pool + Game Room / Near Riverwalk & Downtown!

The house was perfect. Sometimes you get photos online and it’s not like what you get. This is not one of those. Every single photo does not do justice to how big and nice this house is. I would absolutely stay there again.

We were in SA for a long weekend with 6 adults, a toddler and an infant. When we arrived at the house, we were pleasantly surprised at how roomy the home was, plenty of space for everyone. It was clean and provided everything we needed, including a highchair for the baby. The beds were comfy, and the kitchen well stocked. The star of the home was the pool area which included a large, shaded patio deck. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and close to everything we needed. The only thing we might change was maybe adding a ceiling fan to one of the king size bedrooms....it got a little warm for our liking, but other than that we will definitely stay again. The host was very attentive and responded quickly.

House is nice and spacious. There was a mildew smell but we got febreeze to help. The neighborhood is old, but it was a good stay overall.

The location of the house was perfect for us and our plans while in San Antonio and our boys loved the pool.

Check in was a breeze. The house was big for my husband myself and my 4 kids. Definitely will stay again for the next vacation.

Beautiful space that accommodated our entire family, close to downtown Market Square San Antonio. Unfortunately we unable to use the pool because it had not been cleaned.

Its a large house, much bigger than expected. The primary bathroom was very nicely remodeled. Housekeeping was on point. Many rooms to spreadout, you could get lost. This house can accomodate a large groupHowever, maint issues outweigh any positives. 1. overwhelming musty/mold smell. 2. Mold growing in old damp rid in the closet, 3. moisture under kitchen sink, 4. Drain flies & other bugs 5. Peeling paint in the hall tub. 6. Kitchen/dining area wall was cracked and bubbled out; suspect this is the source of the moisture/mold. Once resolved the issues might be fixed.Other items to note: 1. kitchen was not well equipped, missing simple things like a pizza cutter or sturdy cooking spoons. 2. 5 trash cans out front, 4 were full or partially full an entire week. 3. No dressers or adequate hangers/shelves, must live out of suitcase 4. Pool maint. Showed up unannounced, sat on back porch on the phone, never knocked to state who he was or what he was doing. Then a second man and younger boy appeared, they were to fix a pool issue and 30 min later they left. I reported this to the leasing agent because it was unnerving to walk out of another room to see unexpected people in street clothes in the back as the boy ran & jumped on furnitrure, who told me they would not be back, but they did 2 days later. 3. Got a call a roofer would be there in an hour and needed in the house. Not the experience I expected.

The house was perfect for 4 adults and 4 kids with plenty of room to spare and have fun around the San Antonio area. There is a little HEB and other great dining options nearby.

Very spacious place to stay. Great to have plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and a pool. Located close to the city attractions we wanted to visit.

Great stay overall. Couple of things need updated. (A broken stool, a broken closet door) found old dead cockroach in the living room. Nothing too major, as we are not picky. But would suggest those updates.

This is a great house on a very quiet street and is very close to everything you need (groceries, restaurants, shopping). It is an older home that needs some updating, but very roomy and everyone was able to spread out. We didn't get in the pool because of the cooler weather, but it looked great. The owner was very responsive and checked in with us.

Great place to stay for our daughter’s SA wedding! Location was perfect and property was as described in the listing! Instructions were clear and host checked on us during our stay!

If you just want a high-capacity place to sleep, this property serves the purpose. Otherwise, you should be aware of several location and maintenance problems before booking.The house is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. It is about 8-10min drive to Quarry Market mall and 15-20min to downtown attractions like the River Walk and the Alamo. Because the property is so close to the airport, the sound of jet engines is frequent and loud. Additionally, the window treatments in several bedrooms do not fully block out the morning sun, which may affect those who aren't early risers.The property shows significant signs of deferred maintenance. During our stay, we observed: - Cracked ceilings and walls, as well as damaged flooring throughout. - Two of the three showers were in poor condition with low water pressure. - Two sinks did not produce hot water. - Multiple bedroom doors would not remain latched/closed. - The HVAC system in one of the bedrooms is exceptionally loud when running.We noted the damage to the host during our stay.We encountered drain flies in the bathrooms. The presence of multiple pre-installed plug-in fly repellents in these areas suggests this is a known, ongoing issue.Regarding the amenities, the game room needs attention. The foosball table was broken, the poker table was rusted, and the ping pong table is in a space too cramped for comfortable play.On a positive note, the kitchen was decent and equipped appropriately for a rental.

The managing host seemed appreciative and open minded about suggestions and repairs. The home had a good layout plan.

The house was wonderful, clean, neat, well organized. Sleeping room for many. Washer/dryer on site, ample linens to use, well stocked kitchen with good appliances. The pool and game room were great, didn’t have the chance to use them but they were there if you had time. Host is in regular contact asking how everything was going so if there was an issue, they get right back with you. Have recommended the house to friends - it’s not far to the zoo, Seaworld, Morgan’s Wonderland, and very convenient to downtown. Wonderful house for a family. Also has good internet.

Roof leaked first & second day due to heavy rain, could have used simple kitchen items like cheese grater, strainer, & basic seasonings. The property manager was very cordial when I suggested some basic improvements they need to do. Overall it was a decent place to stay, my kids loved the pool & gameroom.

Kitchen set up was nice. I was surprised with everything that was made available. We bought our own paper plates, but there were paper plates already in the cabinet. Real dishes are also available, along with everything you need to wash dishes. Great location!

Could use more kitchen utensils. The pans were old, with the teflon on the non stick pans was peeling off, ice make did not work. We loved the pool and the house was good! Thanks

The house was warm and friendly had all the amenities we needed the air conditioning was very cool and the pool was just perfect for our family it was nice to come home after a Day running around and soak in the pool We very much enjoyed it There was good contact with the person managing it. They were great at giving us information and checking on us and ensure our stay was going well. I appreciate the experience of being in Texas and the hospitality of the home and manager. 5 star!! I would definitely go there if i come back this way.

We loved all the space and the pool. It was 10 to 15 minutes to all our destinations.Pool towels and better quality bath towels needed. More toilet paper for the amount of guests is needed. The pool area is needing some upkeep attention.Overall, we would return.

Lovely time at this amazing Air B N B just outside of San Antonio. 15 minute drive max to town. Tons of space. Very comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at this very spacious home centrally located in San Antonio. Located in a quiet neighborhood the home has numerous amenities and room to enjoy your stay. The host was quick to respond to questions and professional. Overall great stay.

Property size good for family vacation.Foul smell in kitchen pantry, couldn't useDangerously poor pool furniture...did receive correspondence that owner had ordered new pool furniture. Pool water left rashes on some guests skin, never heard filter turn on, explains cloudy waterAdditional house maintenance items left open within small children's reach in laundry room. No door.Bed sheets had stains on them upon arrival. Felt uneasy about cleanliness of linens. No roku remote in gameroom, highland cow bedroom and giraffe bedroom.Recommend you bring your own pool towels.On the positive note the Property management co did quickly address an issue we had. Comfy beds.

The location was nice, the place has a lot of potential but needs a lot of updates. The single bathtub that they have is stripping of paint and the bathtub itself did not work (only the shower). Throughout our stay, there was a lot of rain and there was water coming up through the floorboards in the main bedroom. We contacted the management company and they did not respond when we told them about this (they responded to three other texts we sent them about various other items that we had). The pool has a lip around it that makes it tough to jump in for the kids but is fine. The furniture and decks around are worn but overall a decent experience. A great spot for a bachelor/bachelorette party that doesn't care as much about these things.

Overall a good, spacious house for the price.We had an issue with the pool being pretty dirty when we arrived but it was eventually taken care of. Not sure why it wasn't cleaned the day of our arrival. There was also not enough wash rags available to take baths and showers when we arrived. We went out and bought our own. We were refunded but it's the inconvenience. One thing that's not really apparent from the pictures is the driveway is a pretty steep incline. This can be a dealbreaker for some with certain vehicles, it wasn't for us, but we wished it was made known before booking. Also, the house needs updated pots and pans, they're pretty bad. If you want to cook, better bring your own. Other than that, it fulfilled our needs for a clean, spacious place to lay our heads. Water pressure is a plus.

We very much enjoyed our stay here! We were 2 families, and the space was as described and suited us very well. The game room offered fun for all as well as a space to relax after our very busy days. The pool area offered many seating options, both sun and shade, and the pool was cleaned during our stay. We did have a minor maintenance issue during our stay, and management was quick to respond and it was repaired right away! We would definitely stay here again when in the area!

It is a nice house with plenty of room. Beds were very comfortable.

We were in SA for golf and were pleased with everything; check-in process, cleanliness of the home, close to golf and great restaurants. Safe neighborhood. Easy to operate the tv and other appliances. This would be perfect for a golf group or a family with kids. We'd stay here again.

The property was central to all our activities. It was a beautiful place and well taken care of and clean.

Had a fantastic stay! The communication was top-notch, and the host was incredibly responsive. The residence was simply awesome - super clean with excellent water pressure. Plenty of beds, including a trundle bed under the bunk bed, and lots of television for entertainment. The neighborhood was quiet, with friendly neighbors who waved and smiled. Overall, it was an incredible experience, and we would definitely stay again.

The house was nice, clean, and plenty roomy. We enjoyed sitting outside by the pool. It was a short distance to the city and the airport.

The layout of the house was great. Each part of the family had privacy and space. The gathering areas made for wonderful family time. Location was great for pretty much anything you might need.

We wanted a short vacation before the return to school. Stayed from 12/31/24 - 1/4/25. Enjoyed the space and close proximity to shopping mall. We weren’t able to take advantage of the pool, due to cold weather. Plan to return during summer months.

Very spacious beautiful home. My family really enjoyed the extra space and game room. It was very cold, so we didn't have a chance to enjoy the pool. Will return in the future.

Place was as described. Plenty of space to move around. Fans to use in bedrooms. Enough coffee cups for everyone. Fun game room.

We had a great time! The property was exactly as advertised and just what we need for a combination of all ages. The pool, deck, and game room provided a great gathering place during the day with the kids. The kitchen island area was perfect for late night with the young adults.
