Spacious home sleeps 12 with Private 30 by 10 Pool, close to Town & Beaches

Overall, the location is very close to the beach and the house is as described. The house is centrally located. As others have stated, when outside/in the backyard it is very loud. The property was ready early for check in, however there was not a through cleaning done before our arrival. The property had seemingly not been mopped or vacuumed in quite a bit, pool filter was not emptied etc. Beds were not comfortable, likely time for mattresses to be replaced.

My family and I loved staying in this home. There was plenty of space and many gathering areas for the 10 of us, and the pool was terrific. The elevator was extremely helpful for our disabled loved one. Would definitely stay here again!

There were a few minor issues at the beginning of our stay but the owners were easy to contact, very responsive and issues were resolved quickly. Everyone had a fun trip

The house needs to be thoroughly cleaned. Walls, baseboards, trims floors, windows, stove all these things need to be attended to.. this was our second visit, and some of the same issues from our last visit were still visible this time as well.

This property met all our needs. More than adequate for our party of 12. There were other coffee makers but we chose to bring a Keurig. Does need a better can opener. Great to have 2 refrigerators. Convenient to Bethany and Rehobeth. Enjoyed the beach and the pool. Since the temps were high 80’s to 90’s, appreciated the partial shade at the pool. Being along Rt 1 was noisy outside at times but not a deal breaker. Running the ceiling fan was necessary to keep the temp manageable on the 3rd floor only when the outside temp went above 90. Elevator was a plus. Everyone agreed that we would love to stay there again.

Had to clean when we got there but great location. Great house definitely stay there again.

The house was perfect for our family. The kids loved having a pool, that was a huge perk. We were only about 2 miles from the State Park beach and highly recommend that beach over the public access beach. We loved all the restaurants, and downtown Bethany was a short drive, perfect for ice cream trips! I had zero issues when I needed to get in contact with Alex for a few things, I was responded to very quickly. We can’t wait to come back!

House was ok. Pool was very cold as it was in the shade most of the day. A heater is needed. House was so close to major road that it was impossible to be outside on the decks and even by the pool it was loud. For the cost of the house, we were all very disappointed as the situation dampened our spirits and made the week difficult for enjoying our time there. The noise also disrupted sleep partially on in the bedroom on the road side of the house. We will not return.

We had a great time on our family vacation in Bethany. The house was exactly as presented and had ample space for everyone. The private pool made the vacation even better and the location to the beach was close enough for even a quick trip!
