Stayed Feb 16, 2025Excellent location. The pictures needed to be updated. We expected a working grill and better cookware and dishes. It was very minimalistic. The owner was very responsive to our needs and brought us a new small grill and cleaned the oven. As in other rentals, we were expecting maybe playing cards and game boards. There does need to be maintenance on the back deck that felt unsafe with missing railings. The owner agreed.

Stayed Jan 18, 2025Wasn’t the cleanest, recliner living room was broken, back porch rail were broken, ceiling fan in living room almost came off the ceiling. Kitchen table was coming apart as well as chairs. Just wasn’t a 5 star stay. 3 was pushing it.

Stayed Jun 21, 2023Very pleased with the house and customer service. We have used this house rental for our employees to stay while working out of town for an extended period of time. We had all positive feedback from our guys throughout the 5 months that they were staying at the house. Josh was also a great host to work with. Highly recommend!

Stayed Apr 18, 2023We rented this house for a full month while doing work in the Lake Charles Area. Our guys were very pleased with the the house as it was spacious , in great condition, and never had any issues. This proved to be a better place for our employees to stay long term rather than using hotels. Josh was also excellent and assisted with booking the house for an extended stay and was always readily ava available if we ever had questions or needed anything. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in the Lake Charles area!

Stayed Sep 16, 2022The property was modern and clean. Area was safe for vehicles. Quiet area, and neighborhood does not have a lot of transient traffic. Wi-fi accommodates multiple laptops. TV's are wi-fi for ROKU and FIRESTICKS. Crew felt property was a Home away from Home.
