Big Fam Lodge is made up of three beautiful adjoining townhomes in a row: Lazy Lime, Midnight Moon, and Peacock Palace. Together, they offer the perfect getaway for large groups or families!

THE ACCOMMODATIONS:

Chic Décor: Each townhome is thoughtfully designed with modern, cozy décor that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere for your stay.

Sleeps 24: Each townhome sleeps up to 8 guests, making Big Fam Lodge perfect for family reunions or vacations with friends!

Lazy Lime, Midnight Moon, and Peacock Palace all offer:
- Bedroom 1: Rest easy in a comfy Queen bed. ️
- Bedroom 2: A Queen bed and a fun bunk bed for extra sleeping space. ️
- Living Area: A pull-out couch that transforms into a Queen-sized bed. ️➡️ ️

Private Outdoor Spaces: Enjoy a private backyard with each townhome! Ideal for morning coffee, afternoon relaxation, or evening hangouts. Plus, enjoy some friendly competition with our cornhole set.

We welcome guests of all backgrounds! However, we do have a few guidelines:
- Only verified users with positive reviews.
- Renters must be 25 years or older.
- No pets allowed.
- Each townhome accommodates up to 8 guests, for a total of 24 across the three units.
- No events, parties, or large gatherings are allowed. We value our neighbors and want to maintain a peaceful environment. A maximum of 24 people may be at the property.

Please Note:
- The units are NOT baby-proofed.
- Since the townhomes are next to each other, you may hear some noise from other guests.
- The two bedrooms and a full bathroom are located upstairs, while there is a half bath and sleeper sofa on the first floor, which may not be ideal for guests with accessibility needs.

Check-in Info:
- Detailed check-in instructions and key codes will be sent via Airbnb messenger on the day of arrival.
- Check-in is from 4-9 PM (Central Standard Time). If you arrive late, please be mindful of noise.
- Check-out is by 10 AM.
