Spacious Home Near Rye Beaches

This home was the perfect family home base! It is spacious and absolutely gorgeous, with more amenities than you could imagine! The kitchen especially was wonderful to cook in, and we loved sitting around the banquet and the screened-in porch. Communication with the host was easy and prompt!

Our daughter married a young man whose father's family grew up in Portsmouth. Their family now has a house in Rye. This was a perfect location to host family and friends to stay with us, and to organize the festivities in Portsmouth, Kittery Point and the NH Seacoast. It was very accessible to downtown, but lovely to enjoy the peace and quiet of Rye and the nearby beach during our down time.

Great family house, had a wonderful visit

Started with great communication with the host Steve and Jen. My wife arrived ahead of me and immediately texted me with how great a place it is. My wife is an interior decorator and said she couldn’t have done a better job designing the layout and the amenities, this is an ideal spot for families of all ages, the location is easy to access near the beach and other terrific options in the Portsmouth area. The kitchen is outstanding and we prepared a number of fantastic family meals, utilizing the stove, oven and the grill. The master bedroom is opulent with heated bathroom floors, an exquisite shower, and enough space to make you feel like a king and queen. There are multiple entertaining options with billiards, foosball, backgammon, and multiple televisions so every part of the family group has something to do. There were so many nice touches and amenities that I can’t even express them all here. Certainly one of the best VRBO we have stayed at.

A wonderful home to host a family trip, 7 of us, to Rye NH. A great location for us, easy check in and easy access to beaches and Portsmouth.

Enjoyed cooking and relaxing with family in this beautifully appointed home. Loved use of the wine fridge along with plenty of ice! The pantry was an added bonus to prepare coffee for our morning gatherings. The spacious master suite with soaking tub and massive shower was a dream. The Hosts are very attentive and welcoming. Great find!

This property was located within walking distance to a beautiful beach. It was immaculate, well furnished, and more impressive than the beautiful photos. My husband and I spend a long weekend with family including children ages 10 to 13. There were games and puzzles, comfortable beds with quality linensa lovely working kitchen and lots of space for our group of 7. I highly recommend this home without any reservation.

The house is beautiful! It had so many beds for a girls weekend. Plenty of great places to explore nearby. And lots of space to just hang out at the house. Highly recommend this property!
