Stayed Oct 13, 2019House was just what we required. Close to the fairgrounds, beds were comfortable and Darin was super easy to deal with! Towels, beds and surfaces were clean, but some of the nooks and crannies could have used a good scrub. Dark drapes in 2 of the bedrooms were a nice touch on the days we could sleep in a bit. We didn’t cook at all, so can’t speak to the kitchen supplies... but the coffee maker worked and there was a corkscrew!

Stayed Mar 16, 2017The house worked out fine but it was very frustrating trying to reserve it. When we sent the request regarding the availability of the house, you responded quickly that it was available so we completed the requested information including payment required. We were of the understanding that we were to get a confirmation email which we never did. So we didn't know if we got the house or not. We sent several emails and got no response. We contacted our credit card company and discovered that we had been charged. We hoped at that point that we did get the house but still no contact from you. We tried the phone number on the VRBO website and they were absolutely no help at all. We were finally able to obtain your phone number and were able to confirm that we did in fact have the house reserved. That whole process was extremely frustrating and one that we have never experienced using VRBO before. It could have been handled more professionally. Otherwise, the location of the house was excellent for what we needed and all worked out great! Thanks!

Stayed Mar 24, 2016Location was perfect, next to freeway and nearby restaurants. Down side to all of this was ANTS. Darin told us after fact. He did have house sprayed. But we couldn't leave anything out. Always finding ANTS crawling around. Even had ANTS crawling on my daughter. This was very uncomfortable. If we had extra money. We would of gone to Hotel.

Stayed Apr 1, 2016The worst part for us was a major squeaky master bed. I've never been on a bed that made this much noise. We had to put the mattress on the floor so we could sleep. Location was fine for us this weekend. The backyard/side house need major clean up. It has possibility but needs help. Good luck Darin!
