5 star stay, strongly recommend

What a great place to stay especially for the price! My kids loved the pool. We came to Phoenix for a volleyball tournament, it was a great location to get to downtown but far enough away that we could enjoy ourselves and not be on top of each other. Host was easy to work with too, thank you!

Over all beds and bathrooms were the best part. Pool was dirty lots of missing tiles and dirt and debris in the water. Even the chlorine container was missing the top. Table in pool area had a huge crack in it and was very dirty chairs also could use cushions extremely uncomfortable. The umbrella for the table was not very secure and had rips in it. The cement table by the fire was also cracked and two of the benches were broken in the corner the one bench left was also broken. Upstairs “sun deck” had no loungers like the picture showed and also had broken tiles. Living room coffee table was also about to break not very sturdy. Leather couch in room was very worn and starting to rip. Also the extra bed with a pull out underneath was broken. Kitchen was extremely minimal and some of the dishes were not clean. Neighbors across the street were extremely loud especially every morning around 6 when they started up there tow truck and let there dogs out who would bark for hours.This place could use some fixes and updates that’s for sure.

Rooms very clean. Kitchen well stocked. Pool was lovely. Basketball court was great and well utilized. weather perfect.

Outstanding rental and experience. The pool was perfect and the house made celebrating our oldest graduating from college a memorable experience. We will stay here again the next time the whole family is in Phoenix!

Amazing property. Had a great time!

It would have been nice to have some comfortable chairs on the patio. The table with one unbroken bench seat was a bit lacking.But overall, it was perfect for me and my golf buddies.

Came to town for a wedding and needed a place to stay for the weekend! This was a perfect place. The host Andrew was so awesome! It was so easy messaging him through the Vrbo app. Played sports (basketball)! They even had a light on the court so we could play at night! Pool was clean, as was the house, appliances, and bathrooms! 5 star stay for sure!

We had a great stay. The host was quick to respond and very accommodating. The house was perfect for our stay. We traveled to AZ for our daughters college graduation and we able to enjoy the space. The heated pool was so nice to have in the high 70s temps in mid-December. There was a lot of space and a lot of games - this house is all set to have a fun time.

Pool was amazing. Kitchen was spacious and properly stocked.

Great house. Had everything we needed and so close to GCU. My sister in law and I had a great time being close to our college kids. The kids made a fantastic dinner in this large kitchen and the pool was great.

We enjoyed the house and spent a lot of time in the pool. Andrew was fast to reply to questions, sent messages with details of the house check in and check out. Nice to work with him!

Large family home that was ideal for who we brought with us. Two king bed bedrooms worked perfectly for us. The 2nd bathroom location was a bit inconvenient for the 2nd king bedroom but we made it work. Home was clean and roomy inside. Plenty of games and recreation. Kitchen and Laundry room were nice too. The only thing keeping me from all 5 stars was the pool. It needed cleaned before we arrived. I don’t think the pool guy showed up before we came or if he did, had done a shoddy job. Owner was responsive and great to work with. If you have a large family that needs three separate large bedrooms, this home is ideal.

Kids enjoyed the sport court and sun deck. Too cold for the pool. Nice big kitchen. Well stocked.My only issue with the property is that there was cat hair all over the couch and two of us are highly allergic. There's only a roomba on hand so no way to clean it. I let property manager know and he responded with apologies.I also would suggest taking out the carpet in master closet. It was filthy.

The house was good for our trip.

Our family enjoyed 3 nts at this home. My grandsons enjoyed the pool and the basketball court. Home was comfortable and clean; while exterior needed work the inside living areas were clean and spacious!

We had a great stay for my birthday weekend! The inside of the house was immaculate and tastefully remodeled. The outside looks far more dated than the pictures show online, and we were surprised at the difference between the backyard and inside. We were disappointed to find no wine glasses for the celebratory weekend, and the ceiling fan above the master was wiggling precariously and squeaking loudly, so we didn’t use it, which made the room warmer. However, we had a lovely time and would rent again. The owner was easy to communicate with - friendly, professional, and helpful. Happy with our stay overall!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very spacious as description implies and the host was a pleasure to work with. We hope to come back!!
