Spacious home for family and friends, close to downtown Boyne city!

Well appointed, spacious, and comfortable. The property owner communicated with us several times, and there several small touches that made our stay even better than expected!

If I could give this rental a 12 out of 10 I would. Filled to the brim with thoughtful accommodations and beautifully decorated. It was close to all our fun winter adventures and the host was great. Highly recommended.

We spent a long weekend with 4 adults and 2 children. The house was meticulously clean, comfortable, and very well stocked with many thoughtful items. The owners were very responsive and welcoming. Downtown Boyne City is just a few minutes away and Boyne Mountain resort is nearby as well. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Everything was great. Plowed and shoveled out. Lots of little things to make the stay better. The only thing I needed but did not see was a ziplock bag. I did not expect them but could have used one. Oh, the Mexican restaurant in town was a BIG hit with our group too. Definitely would stay here again. Thank you for a great weekend.

We absolutely loved our time spent at Christine’s property. Christine was so easy to communicate with. She reached out on our first morning to see if we’re settling in ok and to let us know to reach out for anything. She was very quick to respond when we did reach out. We have never stayed in a Vrbo/AirBB as clean, well maintained and beautifully designed. Christine has equipped her property with so many extra personal amenities it made you feel as if you were staying with friends/family. We will definitely be back. Thank you Christine

Christine was a wonderful host! She was always available to answer questions and went above & beyond to make us feel welcomed! Her home was stocked better than any VRBO we’ve stayed in and had so many little details to make you feel right at home … a personalized welcome greeting, fully stocked kitchen & bathrooms w everything you would need, soft & fuzzy blankets for warming up w your coffee or hot chocolate after skiing! Tons of TV channel options and you’re able to angle the tv for great viewing from the kitchen too! We didn’t have time to use the patio & w spending so much time at the slopes & tons of great snow, but there is a great patio & grill area too! This is a great location for enjoying all that Boyne Mtn & the Lake Charlevoix area has to offer!!! We can’t wait to visit again! Excellent cabin!! Clean, Comfy & Cozy! Had all the little extras that make such a difference!!Soft sheets, cozy blankets, fluffy towels, little extras in bathrooms in case you forgot something. Smelled so nice & clean upon arrival. Seasonally themed towels, bedding & accents made it even more special! We had a great time here, thank you so much!!

House was very clean, well maintained and it had everything we needed. Close to Boyne Mountain, where we took the kids. Due to the snow we couldn't enjoy the fire pit and other outside amenities but hope to return in the summer next time. Still a great weekend overall.

The property was as advertised! Everything was in excellent condition and was very comfortable for a family of four to be able to enjoy Boyne Mountain in the winter without having to deal with the hustle/bustle of staying at the resort. But the real difference in this property was all of the little things that the property manager does to make the stay wonderful! They made available anything you possibly could have forgotten to pack from bathroom items to laundry detergent to an array of snacks (that the kids loved!). Plus, we got LOTS of snow during our stay and they made sure the road leading to the beautiful spot of the property on top of a hill was plowed so that we could get our non-four-wheel drive vehicle to the property without getting stuck. Excellent stay!

Very clean!

This house is clean, well maintained and the host was very attentive and easy to connect with! Looks even better in person. They had a fully stocked kitchen so making dinner was easy because they had all the tools and dishes we needed. Only ten minutes from Boyne mountain and the house sits right on the edge of town. Love the location! Hope to stay here again soon!

So glad I came across this gem while searching for a place to stay in the Boyne City area. Christine was wonderful with answering my questions and communication. The house was in the perfect location and accommodated all of our needs which made for a great weekend! I appreciated the special touches and seasonal decorations as well. The home was very welcoming, clean and comfy. This rental has everything you need. This is a wonderful home away from home and well decorated. The host is great. It was nice having the extra TV channels and the fire pit area was very nice.

We booked this home for a wedding we were attending in East Jordan. This has been the best VRBO that we have ever stayed in! The house is immaculate and all updated! It is everything that was promised and then some. The hosts attention to details and the added extras, truly means a lot. It rained most of the weekend and with the time restraints from the wedding, we were not able to use the gorgeous fire pit area but we are looking forward to another visit and spending more time there. The host is wonderful to work with! I would highly recommend this VRBO and the host ~ We had a great stay and would definitely book again!!
