Located in a hamlet on the heights of Beaulieu sur Dordogne, this old barn is converted into a 320 m² dwelling house with open spaces, 6 bedrooms, 4 shower rooms, 3 WCs. It offers a superb view and is ideally suited for several families.

On the ground floor, a kitchen with a 5-gas cooking piano and 2 ovens open to the dining room with a large table of 12 place settings and a living room with a central fireplace; two bedrooms each with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and bathtub and a separate toilet.

On the first floor, terrace at street level, a bedroom with a double bed and bathroom with shower and a bedroom with two single beds, two bunk beds and bathroom with shower; a separate toilet.

On the second floor, mezzanine with an office space, a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with a double bed, shower, bath and WC.

Outside, a large private garden with trees with several areas, terraces and swimming pool.
The 4 x 9 m by 1.5 m deep swimming pool is secured by a safety bar cover in accordance with regulations.

The house and gardens were absolutely stunning. Lots of space and privacy between upstairs and downstairs. A pool and a treehouse, my two children were in heaven. The house is well-stocked with everything you need to cook, as well as games and books which we appreciated. The hosts were lovely to work with, and rented us sheets and towels which was important as we were coming from far away. The house is deep in the countryside, which we very much adored how peaceful, calm, and beautiful it was! I highly recommend it!
