Absolutely beautiful and spacious light-filled apartment. I loved the place and Pete really consistently goes out of his way to make sure you're comfortable and happy. Also, responds really quickly.I'd recommend the apartment in any circumstance, for a weekend in Austin or a 3 month stay. if I could, I'd take the apartment with me for my next move!

Just my wife and I, for 2 of us it was big, well equipped, plentiful space. Heater and AC worked well (and we needed both on this trip). Neighborhood quiet, safe and convenient to downtown & the Capitol area. Would happily stay here again

The place was perfect! All the amenities that the Pete describes are there. Super comfortable house and the AC and heat are great. I came in Jan/Feb and it’s Texas so the AC and Heat both were needed. 70s one week, 40s the next and the house always felt amazing. I also had to work while I was there so the Google fiber that I hear about was awesome. We don’t have this in Boston so it’s one of the few times the internet was faster than my own home. Location! – I was looking to be in the city, but not IN the city. Hyde Park was perfect. I could either do a 5 minute Uber ride or just walk 20 mins directly south and I’d be right at UT and close to the middle of Austin. Made exploring the city so very easy. If I didn’t want to venture downtown, there were many bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk right around the house so it was perfect. Bartenders were very fun and very cool about telling you about Austin and other places to go. In fact, going to miss a few of them. One big thing for me, and this might night be as important to other renters, but this was my first time ever doing a VRBO. So I was always a bit nervous with the whole process. Pete made this SO easy for me and answered all questions I had and made the entire process not seem as scary as I thought it would be. If you’ve never done this before, he’s a great guy and will help you out. Overall, so very happy and would absolutely rent again, or at least, rent another one of his properties. Happy travels!

This rental property is quite spacious, given that it has a separate office (or sitting room) in addition to the bedroom. It is located in a very convenient neighborhood, that is one of the few walkable neighborhoods in Austin. Clean, convenient, and an easy check-in—what more could you ask for?
