We really enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room for our group of 12 including three children under five. The only thing that was a bit discouraging was all of the stairs within and outside the house. Two people in our party had recent knee replacement surgeries. We had no idea there were so many stairs within the house! I would have also liked to have seen empty cabinets to be able to put food in, every single cabinet and drawer was filled with kitchen appliances and utensils was nice to have all those things, but we had nowhere to store the food to cook. The house was very clean, but kind of tired. It definitely needs new paint and carpet within. There were two broken chairs that the owner said he was not aware of.

Nice quiet place, plenty of space for our big group to spread out and enjoy the weekend. The place was clean and had pretty much everything we needed. It was cold but we still enjoyed the big deck and nice views. Started up the grille and had a group of deer come and look for some snacks. Even though they gave us those sad eyes we didn't feed them. A lot of wildlife in the area

The host’s attentiveness and availability to answer questions before and during our stay made sure we were very comfortable staying at the rental. We appreciated how spiffy clean everything was when we arrived! Only the hard water deposits on the dishes threw us. So we ended up hand washing and drying things because the dishwasher seemed to lay on an additional layer each time we used it. The dishes, cookware, utensils and serving dishes available were ample for our three families. We love to cook and eat together. The spaciousness of the kitchen allows multiple people to cook and prep simultaneously. We loved that. The only thing we wished we had and couldn’t find were some baggies. The dinning area had room to eat all together, talk, laugh, and play games. Four bathrooms meant convenience to all bedroom areas and no “waiting” to shower or primp. The additional linens allowed us to spread out the night owls and snorers. That was nice since sound carries through the the spaces. We enjoyed the many games available and the gas grill. The 4 cup Mr. Coffee on middle level! I loved being able to use it to make my early morning coffee downstairs without waking others by using the kitchen on first floor. Then I could slip out on the deck, watch the sunrise and read my Bible seated among the trees. Delightful!! I would have liked a hair dryer but we had everything else we needed-even a screwdriver when we needed it. Thanks for a lovely weekend. We would definitely book this home again.

Air BnB cancelled our house 5 days before arrival so we had to take what we could get. We have stayed in about 14 Airbnb’s and NEVER complained. We arrive with 4 families with lots of food and the freezer doesn’t work and has bugs in it. After filling the refrigerator we discovered it didn’t work. There were only 2 kitchen towels that we had to wash before we used them. The arrangement of this home is ridiculous. The recliner was broken. No bath mats and everyone only got 1 old towel, washcloth and hand towel. We washed all the dishes before we used them. Not enough glassware.

This is a lovely split level house with many comfortable rooms and a large superb deck with an excellent view. The house was clean and well provisioned. The neighborhood was quiet and woodsy, including a few types of deer and quite a few different birds. There's good food 20 minutes away as well as many hiking trails. We had a great time!

We absolutely loved this house! It was large enough for 2 families but had a cozy feel to it. We spent most of our time in the living room with the fireplace on. The kitchen had everything you needed to make all our breakfasts and dinners. The kids used the downstairs game room and watched TV and played games. We also spent time out on the lovely deck using the grill and looking out into the gorgeous woods with the view of the mountain. The house was a short distance from the grocery store and the downtown where we spent 2 days shopping at all the great stores. We also went to the school nearby at sundown daily to feed the wild horses and waiting for the elk to come in herds. We also enjoyed skiing at Ski Apache and going to the lookout near ski Apache at night to look at the magical star show in the sky. Thank you for opening up your home to us. We will definitely be back. A Stevens
